The room is very small but clean. Service from all staff is excellent. The buffet breakfast is very good. The use of the washing machine is free 👍, I really appreciate this service 🙏. Free Yakult during breakfast. Also provide free ice cream and free soba after 9.30pm.

We stayed 2 nights here with our 5 year old child. The queen size bed is not big enough to accommodate us, so we got another room on the spot. Free ramen and ice cream from 9.30pm to 11pm daily and free yakult during breakfast, is a bonus. Breakfast is simple but has a good variety. The room is clean and they will place another basket of clean towel even though we did not request for room cleaning. However, there is not much food option around the hotel, need to drive and venture out.

Stayed here for one night in a Comfort Room. The room was spacious with enough room to open a large suitcase. There is a good variety offered for buffet breakfast

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the West Exit of Higashi-Muroran Station. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, even helping me locate the hat I'd lost on the bus. Breakfast was quite good, and the onsen was very relaxing.

Late-night noodles: A nice option. All guests at the Natural Hot Spring Kouchinoyu Hotel receive complimentary access to the on-site hot spring. Facilities: Decent. They feature a public bath, sauna, and massage chairs. It's wonderful to relax with some food and drinks after a soak. Cleanliness: Satisfactory. Location: Excellent. It's conveniently close to the train station, making trips to Cape Chikyu quite easy. Service: Excellent.

The room was a decent size. However, its orientation wasn't ideal; a neighboring building blocked the view, otherwise, I would have been able to watch the sunset from the room. The hot spring was excellent, and I could enjoy it every day. They also offered a late-night snack.

The hotel is located at the end of the main road to Muroran. However, Muriran is a small town thus it is very easy to access anywhere from the hotel.

nice indoor and outdoor onsen, many restaurants located near the hotel so there's lots of dinner options. also convenient break point to start a day journey to cape chikyu or elsewhere.

Fabulous 1 night stay and enjoyed the many perks and amenities including the Onsen with 3 baths, massage chair, complimentary yogurt drink, ice-cream, desserts and refreshing ramen noddles served at night! The Japanese breakfast spread is sumptuous with a wide variety of food and drinks. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a wonderful one.

Car park fees 800 yen. Good location. Kura sushi next building. Don quiote walking distance. On sen, massage, supper, ice cream, drinks all inclusive. Self check in and out.

I just love Dormy Inn, that night ramen and onsens are very worth the price and the hype.

Staff spoke good English and helpful- gave good suggestions to go for dinner. The car park attendants were very efficient n experienced to get cars in and out.
