Lovely hotel, friendly staff and beautiful ground. Super clean, nice beach and stylish. Great breakfast buffet, private pool and amenities. Staff is super friendly and goes outta the way to help! Thank you for making my holiday wonderful and unforgettable! PS: for those that said hotel is noisy. I am not sure but we didn’t hear any noise at all n we stayed 3 nights.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, amazing service and awesome breakfast. The hotel is located by the wonderful Psarrou beach which is one of the best in Mykonos. Room is really nice especially compared to lots of others in Mykonos. Service is fantastic, we have seen some of the other reviews which was not our experience. Even more so, we saw the staff deal with lots of guests including some which were a little difficult and they were doing everything!! The staff at breakfast are some of the best we have ever seen, they are super friendly, they were playing with kids and getting them food, they remember you if you eat over at Nammos at lunch time and I can’t compliment them enough. Actually, I’ve never been experienced the staff at Nammos this friendly!! The beds at the beach are free and they tell you to be there before 11:30am. We had no issues, the girls at the check in area remembered us and had us looked after every day. Internet was great, very fast and reliable The only comment I would make is transfer should be included which is normal in most of the other hotels, it’s not far, but that’s largely irrelevant overall. See you next year!! Mike and Skye

We been staying in This hotel for the last 4 years (it use to be called kensho now under different management ) and it was always my favourite place in the world that I always leave with tears in my eyes and already booked my stay for next Holliday. We stayed in the same villa but unfortunately they had the wrong management . It s like she was working against the hotel and was making sure that we will never come back Too many issues during our stay but the incident that made it worse is when I got hacked and called the Manager for help and support to make sure the place and network was safe . She had the weirdest reaction very defensive jumping to conclusions without checking anything or offer any sort of support or help from the hotel ; when we needed it the most. Her behaviour really disappointed us and made us wonder why a hotel manager would say : it is you that is putting the hotel at risk and we should be worried having you as a guest ; when we had a sub Wi-Fi with the same name in our villa. Never seen a manager of a 5 star hotel behaving this way. She made our life impossible, denied the smallest request within her capacity and we always had to call our butler Diana to get things sorted .we had to make our trip shorter as we felt unsafe in this paradise that became a nigh**are . We were cut from the world and we didn’t even have a phone line working. So my advice is if you planning to go there don’t use the Wi-Fi and check your room properly. If you have any issue don’t Count on the hotel to help even with the simplest request like fixing your phone in the room when u will need it most. Luckily our butler Diana was superb very professional she made our stay and was really working hard on compensating the lack of professionalism of Desi. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The whole team of the breakfast was outstanding. A big thank you to costas nepherly their manager Stavros and all the team. Housekeeping: outstanding effective and very meticulous. Hopefully the right changes will be made to make this place glow again

I booked this hotel when it was known as the Kenshō Psarou; it has since rebranded to ‘N Hotel Mykonos’. This is not to be confused with another hotel on the island, called ‘A Hotel Mykonos’. My reservation included complimentary airport pickup, but the driver tried to charge me 50 EUR. I had to wait whilst he checked with the hotel that I was not meant to pay. I arrived at 1.30pm but my room was not ready so reception said I could wait on a sun lounger on the beach. Staff on the beach told me that sun loungers are only reserved for hotel guests until 11.59am and then they are released for paying day visitors. The terrace and plunge pool of my deluxe room was overlooked by the balcony of a room above. I felt uneasy sitting in the pool whilst strangers looked down on me. The lock on the door to the terrace was very basic and could be pushed open with minimal force. Once inside the terrace you should need a card to unlock the door into the room. However, there is a switch next to the door which releases the lock without requiring a card. The room is therefore unsecure as anyone can gain access. The room has wooden shutters on the windows. The music from the beach bar was so loud that the shutters vibrated against the glass. Fortunately the music stopped around 9pm, but don’t expect to relax in your room before that time. The taps had to be left on for several minutes before hot water came through. On a few occasions the water was only just warm. On my second day housekeeping forgot to leave new toiletries or coffee pods. I had to phone reception and ask for them. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were attentive and polite. Sitting right next to the beach was a lovely way to start the day, although I thought the 8am start time was too late. The day before my departure I arranged a late checkout at 1pm and requested a car to take me to my next destination. This was all confirmed by reception. On my last day I went to the beach at 10am but was told it does not open to guests until 11am. I returned at 11am and was told that hotel facilities are not available to guests on their last day, and that I would have to pay 40 EUR if I wanted a sun lounger. I went back to my room and housekeeping arrived at 11.15am and wanted to know when I would be leaving. At 11.30am I had a phone call from reception to stay that my driver was no longer available at 1pm. I was given the option of leaving at 12.30pm or 1.30pm instead. They made it clear that if I changed my pickup to 1.30pm, I still had to checkout at 1pm. Housekeeping arrived again at 12.40pm to try and service the room before I was ready to leave. This hotel has huge potential, but I experienced too many problems to justify anything more than two stars. If the prices were lower I would give them a higher score, but they are charging premium prices and failing to deliver.

We stayed with 10 friends. Who all got frustrated with the lack of servicing to paying guests. This place technically has no hotel amenities. Essentially the restaurant and beach claim they are not affiliated with the hotel despite being interlinked and have the same name. So it’s pot luck if you can get a day bed or seat at the restaurant despite being hotel guest. So be prepared if you want to lay on the beach bed, you have to walk down the other end of the beach and put your name down for a bed. The hotel upkeep is little to none. Don’t expect your mini bar re stocked. We stayed for a week and had to call 5 times to reception (as they don’t always answer) just to get another bottle of champagne. Floor in the hotel room is almost always covered in sand as they don’t vacuum and it’s always windy. As you mattress is on the floor, expect sand in the bed. TV may as well not work unless you like Greek TV. No options for English movies etc or connection to Netflix available. I requested literally 3 times. No one ever got back to me. Positives are, hey it’s Mykonos, it’s beautiful and the music pumps. But for the money they charge don’t expect 5 star.

The hotel room is reasonably well appointed with basic amenities. The food is good but overpriced (which is standard for Mykonos). The hotel facilities are fine (if a little tired) and the staff are fantastic but it is extremely loud at night. Our room shook with noise from Nammos well into the night. If you want to sleep before 2am, this simply is not the hotel for you.

Beautiful Hotel! We were particularly impressed with the level of care received by the staff and in particular the hotels manager Desi. She insured that every single guests needs were met personally. She was present and always found time to greet all guests daily. Breakfast was amazing however the hotels restaurant and bar wasn’t available all day. Overall loved the position next to Nammos village and the manager Desi and her team were phenomenal considering the hotel just opened this year. Well Done to the owners of this iconic spot.
