Location is good but quality of food is average. Breakfast included but it’s kind of thali for breakfast with fixed things and that is not at all as per standards we paid. Not providing eater in room 2 bottles 1/2 liters for 2 pax…. No other added facilities….bedsheet was dirty and no pillow cover on pillows. Highly disappointed

Room maintenance is worst, bed sheets provided are very dirty. Housekeeping service is not provided we given keys in the morning till evening they didn't clean the room. Water bottle also not given, and they forcibly asked to vacate the room before the checkout time

My experience was totally bad as according to our booking they agreed to provide 1 extra bed but they didn't provided and on next day after conversation they agreed to provide. Bedsheets were with bubbles i mean they are very old. Electricity of the rooms going frequently. Today we bath and brush without electricity. As we complaint hotel staff. They told sry. We don't book properties to hear sorry. We book for comfort. I hope your team will listen and take necessary steps. As we paid a good amount for comfort as we didn't get. We want our money back. Make sure these type of trouble anybody should not suffer. Its mm t responsibility.

Excellent location, in the heart of the city, with a very good vegetarian restaurant attached. You can have delicious south indian cuisine here. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Very helpful and well mannered staff at reception and room service. Overall had a comfortable and plea-sent experience.
