Ikenotaira Shirakaba Kogen Hotel

料理が美味しく、周りの施設も充実で、良かったです。特に、近くの夕日の丘でサンセットの美しい夕焼けが見れて、大変満足でした。

I used the [Forest] room with my family (father, mother, age 6, age 4, age 1 and a half) during the July holidays. I was worried that I might have made a mistake in choosing a hotel after reading reviews before staying (no cooler, dining venue, meal content, etc.). How far from the parking lot? long? I felt it, but it's okay. There was no air conditioner in the room, but it was comfortable. There is also a fan so you can circulate the air. The window is also a screen door, so you can open it and ventilate. The toilet, bath, and washbasin in the room look like an old ryokan, but I was able to use it without any problems. A style where the venue of the buffet takes a meal and goes up the stairs to the seat. My child has spilled and dropped it many times. After taking a bath, it is dangerous to step on the hem of the yukata on the stairs. For both adults and children, samue and jinbei are better than yukata. There is no tableware for children, and there are only glasses for cups, so it is difficult to hold, and it is dangerous to use it because it is likely to be dropped. It would be nice if there were plastic cups, plates, spoons and forks. Having baby food was helpful. The food was ordinary and there was nothing that wasn't delicious. The serving ladles, tongs, and ice spoons were dirty and didn't look good. It was dangerous for children to touch the outlet of the fan in the dressing room of the public bath. Having a baby bed was nice. I wanted to put a shoe box in the public bath to put the slippers in, but it was supposed to be clipped, but after all, people came in one after another and they were undressed, so it was hard to find. If you want to stay again, Shirakaba Resort is better, but I stayed at Kogen Hotel and it wasn't bad. In addition, if there is opportunity, may we stay?

I had booked a stay at the end of March with a lift ticket and ski rental set plan. Shortly before our stay, there was less snow at the ski resort and only a limited number of lifts were in operation, so the lift fee was waived. I had already booked a ski plan, so I gave up, but the hotel changed me to a regular plan, and I was able to stay there without having to make a request and just pay for the accommodation. We are grateful for the thoughtfulness of the hotel staff! There was also a shuttle bus from the station, which was very convenient.

Five of us stayed here, including my two grandchildren. I had a great time in the Japanese-style room. It was a cheap stay. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet meals, and the children were satisfied. Unfortunately, it rained on the first day, but we were able to use the hot springs and pool at Ikenotaira Hotel. On the second day, we used the affiliated Potaranger Kids Ski School. The instructions were very easy and thorough. The children were not afraid of skiing and were able to have fun skiing even after school. It was a very valuable experience.

At check-in, I received an explanation about the rental of bath towels when using the attached bath, and when I asked for a bath towel at check-out, a staff member (trainee) handed it to me, but another man The staff member told me that the bath towels were different colors and that they could be rented at the reception desk at the bathing area, so I could get one there, so I told the receptionist at the bathing area, but they told me otherwise and I paid for the bath towels. There was a lack of coordination among the staff, which made me feel very uncomfortable.

For sightseeing in Tateshina, I used the Ikenotaira Shirakaba Kogen Hotel, which has many facilities nearby. There are ranches and amu*****t parks within a 10-minute drive, and there are plenty of activities to do, so it was easy to get around. The Starry Sky Tours Plan explained how to sit seiza, which the children enjoyed as well. Although the hotel feels old, it doesn't feel dirty and the staff were courteous, so I was able to stay with peace of mind.

食事バイキングなど、小さい子供(小学校低学年まで)と一緒前提のホテルです。 食事はカニ足の食べ放題などまあまあでしたが、デザートの種類が少なく残念でした。またカレーなど子供も食べるものが 辛かったのは残念でした。甘口と大人用で分けるか、スパイスなど置いて大人も辛く出来るなどの工夫があると良いかと。 お酒含んで飲み放題が付いているのは良いポイントですが、良い物を美味しく、と言う人には向きません。 部屋も皆さん書かれている通り冷房ないので、近年の暑さではちょっと厳しいです。 全体的にスタッフも感じ良く、意外と高く感じましたがまあまあな体験でした。

カリキュラムや道具類は工夫されていますが、受講人数に対して講師の人員が少なすぎるのと、混雑した時間帯のオペレーションが劣悪です。 一日コースで受講しましたが、午前の部は子供15人に対して講師が1人、サポートスタッフが1人という体制で、冗談抜きで待ち時間が全体の8割以上でした。実際に練習している時間は子供1人あたり10分も無い。自習も無いのでただ座って待っているだけです。当然子供は退屈になっていました。これで一万円以上取るのはあり得ないです。

年末年始にスキー旅行で利用しました。和室に家族4人で宿泊。建物自体は古い感じで、部屋内のトイレや洗面設備は古いものでしたが、トイレはシャワートイレでしたし、お風呂は大浴場を利用したので、特に不便はありませんでした。部屋の畳は新しいものでしたし、ホテル通路も多分新しくクッションフロアを張り直してあり、清潔で快適でした。 朝食、夕食はバイキングでした。特に豪華というわけではないですが、美味しくいただけましたし、スタッフの方も親切で快適でした。 ゲレンデが目の前でスキーをしない家族ともゲレンデで一緒に食事したり、ホテルに休憩に戻ることも気軽にできるので、快適でした。
