"Wonderful little hotel! Very good size rooms, very clean. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Pool is heated and plenty big enough given number of guests. Only small gripe is that the showers are pretty small, but good water pressure! "

"Great location above Torbole, 10 min walk to the lake. Quiet, away from the traffic and touristy hustle-bustle of the town centre. Some rooms have lake views. Free parking. The area is mostly residential/holiday homes, with a new large hotel just across the street. Nice, modern rooms and baths. Small, but very well kept pool area. Nice breakfast selection. No restaurant in the hotel, but bar service all day (until 22:00). Very friendly staff. Ticked all the boxes for me."

"Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as part of a touring holiday in the region. Hotel is in a great location and was clean with comfortable rooms & excellent views from the room we were in. Unfortunately the food (we were half-board) was terrible. We ate dinner here on 2 nights - we decided after the second one that we would not endure it any more. Part of the Italy experience should be enjoying good food - and this was certainly not the case. Really disappointing given the reviews this hotel had in regard to food. I appreciate that they were only opening for the season and they were a little disorganised, but it does not excuse the quality and quantity of the food on offer. Breakfast was passable, but just about. Limited choice and quantity on offer. I did start this review with 3 stars but changed it to 2 the more I thought about this. We were fortunate that we had some extra money with us so we could go out for dinner elsewhere. I felt for the other patrons who may not have been in our position and had to suffer poor quality and small portions when so much was promised. Would not recommend this hotel on the food grounds alone."

"This was one of the best holidays we have ever had. We travelled with our girls 9 and 6 and the hotel is perfect. We stayed for 2 weeks and really settled in that time and the staff were excellent. Shout out to Benjy who was great! Location: About a 10 minute walk into Torbole. It’s nice and quiet and we really enjoyed burning off the ice cream walking back. I never tired of the view of the mountains in the background and it is really special. Food: Everything is super fresh and they were really accommodating to the kids and nothing was too much trouble. Swimming Pool: it is heated so you do not get a shock as you enter. I was worried beforehand it looked slightly small but it is a great size. My girls got a float and would play in the pool for hours! Room: Really sleek and modern. The rooms are very soundproof and the quietest air conditioning I’ve ever experienced. Cleaned to a high standard and a lovely touch is a story printed every night to read to the kids. Staff: Everyone looked very happy to be there and this reflected that nothing was too much trouble. The reception were always available to discuss trips, deal with questions and on hand for anything. Overall a fantastic hotel and great base for the Lake."

"I was looking for a place close to the center of Torbole but with a quiet, green area where each family member could relax after returning from various excursions in the afternoon. We found a corner of paradise that exceeded all expectations: a swimming pool with a garden and loungers for mom, plus a separate play area right behind it for the rest of the family to run around and play ball. 🙂 The real highlight is the breakfast, which features quality items, from sweet to savory, for a great energy boost before a walk. The room is clean and spacious. We didn't use them, but city bikes are available, and the hotel also offers free parking. Kudos to you for the well-kept garden. Will we be back? Absolutely!"

"We have arrived for new year celebrations. The food and service are disgusting . I watched the barman stir a drink and lick the spoon. The bathroom is one toilet for 200 guests. Thete is mo room to sit and eat. It is not a comfortable relaxing setting. The cost was high as i thought this was a 4 star hotel and new year would be enjoyable. It is a disaster. Im very 😔 "
