Creass Hotel Tsubogawa Marche

This hotel is about a 10 to 15-minute walk from Tsubogawa Station. Along the way, there are three convenience stores and a supermarket, making shopping very convenient. Don Quijote is also at Tsubogawa Station, and I usually stop by to buy daily necessities before heading back to the hotel. The room is quite spacious and generally clean, though some overlooked small crevices were dusty. However, most hotels don't manage to get every nook and cranny, and I usually just wipe them clean with a small cloth. The room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, and IH stove. The hotel provides laundry detergent, so I could easily clean my dirty clothes every day. I could also use the kitchen appliances to cook dinner and late-night snacks every evening, which made for excellent living convenience. I understand that many people on vacation might not want to do these things, so it might not be a benefit for everyone, but for me, it's a huge plus. The most important aspect is probably the price. Compared to rooms of a similar standard, this place costs only half the price, which is an absolute steal. For me, I'll likely only stay here when I come to Okinawa in the future, unless there are no rooms available.

I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. I was satisfied with the room facilities, but the service felt a bit lacking due to noticeable issues with cleanliness and missing amenities. The location was great, with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, and it was also close to the airport, which was a plus!

Plus, the indoor parking means you don't have to worry about getting wet, and 1000 yen a day is acceptable and very convenient. However, it's probably more suitable if you have a car, as it's a bit far to walk.

We went to the counter to request a room change, and the staff promptly assigned us another one. The service was okay, I guess.
