The hotel is reasonable and value for money. However there is no phone in the room. A shocking incident happened with me. I was fast asleep and someone starting knocking at the door at 2am. When I checked thru the peephole it was hotel staff asking me to open the door. When I asked why, he typed on the phone(can't speak English) that I was making too much noise. When I opened the door and he saw that i was sleeping and couldn't have been making noise he just walked off. This was a very shocking and disturbing incident and would love for the hotel to clarify

Room and service are top notch! Will surely return to this hotel if I visit Nanchang again. Special mention to 陈玲 whom help me to charge my laptop as my charger failed to work. 陈玲 and the team always put guests at their first priority. Washer and dryer, cleanliness, breakfast, shower are all great! This is an almost perfect hotel!

This hotel is quite exceptional. I'm starting with the most impressive part which is the laundry service. We arrived at 2.30 in the morning, completely exhausted. Still we had to do the laundry because we had no more clean clothes to wear for our appointment the next day. As we arrived in the laundry room and prepared the machines, a lady called 萬克琴 came in. Her job is to wash the laundry, and I'm not sure if she ever sleeps! She immediately told us that she'd take care of the laundry and told us to go to bed. And the next morning our laundry was clean and dry before we left...!! Now every time she does our laundry, she picks it up from our room, she washes it dries it, and folds its perfectly and brings it back to our room. This is usually an expensive service in any hotel, but here it's for free! Another great thing is that you can basically eat all day long. After breakfast the high tea starts and lasts until 10 PM. There you can have tea, coffee, juices, fruits, rice porridge, cakes... And at 10 P.M you can have late night meal with noodles etc. Basically you don't need to eat out if you don't want to. Not only that, but late afternoon someone will come to your room with a bag of fruits, snacks, milk and yogurt. The breakfast has a lot of choices and good coffee. The room is spacious and the bathroom is big enough. We were on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the city and the river. The staff is incredible nice and welcoming. Always there to serve you and greeting you as you arrive and leave. And always with a smile! What a service! There is nothing really to complain about. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and we're sure to come back!

This Atour Hotel is quite good. It has a great location, right by the river, and the rooms have a small river view. The hotel will open in 2023. It has excellent facilities and the guest rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is not included nor served, and costs more than 60 yuan per person at your own expense. The variety is sufficient, but there are many people eating breakfast, and it takes a certain amount of time to queue. Moreover, we eat in a hurry because we don’t want to take up the seat for too long. The laundry room has multiple washing and drying machines, which can effectively meet the clothing needs of RV guests. The room was cleaned very well, the waiters were very polite, especially the supervisor, Miss Mei, who was very talkative and gave a lot of information about life in Nanchang. There are two areas that I am not satisfied with. 1. There is a serious shortage of passenger elevators. There are only two elevators that serve 21 floors. During peak hours, the waiting time is usually more than 10 minutes. In addition, there is only one robot responsible for delivering foreign goods, and the waiting time is often very long. 2. The attitude of the front desk staff is average and cold, which does not make guests feel welcome. There was also no good introduction to the hotel facilities, such as supper. It doesn't help much with the overall impression of Atour!

MERCURE Tengwang Pavillion hotel is located just across Tengwang Pavillion and offers a great night view. Lot of eateries around for food options. Room is very clean and staff is very friendly.They allowed me to early checkin at 10am and late checkout next day at 2pm. I want to specifically than Ella ,front desk hotel staff memeber who helped me with food options and any other travel related information. She is definitely a great employee for the hotel group and left a very warm impression for me.

Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!

Good facilities, good view, 280-degree river view room has a beautiful view, the window glass is very clean, and the various design details of the room are great, such as the dressing table. The small garden outside the hotel is also very good. The breakfast is not particularly outstanding but also good, with Nanchang specialties such as white sugar cake. The only flaw may be that this room type has some Internet celebrities, the hotel customer base may be young, the sound insulation is not particularly good, and there is noise in the middle of the night... The service is also very good. I felt very comfortable after staying for a day and asked to extend my stay. This room type was originally fully booked that day, but the front desk still found a way to reserve one for me. Unfortunately, I gave up because of my schedule change. I will stay in this hotel again when I come to Nanchang in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. We took advantage of it being close to the Nanchang Star ferris wheel and enjoyed that followed by dinner at TGC at a nearby mall (the one that has a Sam's Club). The room itself was spacious with a nice shower, and breakfast was pretty nice with lots of options.

Very good. The environment and transportation are very convenient, and the stadium is just across the road. The price was right. I was going to stay here longer, but because there was a concert at the stadium the price was too high. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

The front desk service was very good. Seeing that there were so many of us, they upgraded our room for free so it wouldn't be crowded. I was very satisfied. The service quality was excellent and the attitude was very enthusiastic. The breakfast was very good. I really liked their mixed noodles, which were as good as those in other breakfast shops and very delicious!
