Response from Property: Dear Mr. J, the hotel takes your feedback seriously and conducted an immediate investigation: 1. According to the surveillance footage, you booked a Deluxe King Room (no breakfast) on the day of your stay. The front desk greeted you with a smile and upgraded your room free of charge. Excellent service. The next day, you and your female companion went to the restaurant knowing that breakfast was not included. The restaurant staff treated you politely and did not inform you directly that breakfast was not included, but instead notified the front desk to communicate with you privately. The restaurant service was satisfactory. 2. Why did you extend your stay the next day despite the poor soundproofing, numerous mosquitoes, lack of sleep, and subpar facilities? 3. The hotel's normal check-out time is 12:00 PM. You did not return by 2:00 PM and stated that you had luggage and wanted to extend your stay. Since hotel prices are real-time, rooms in the area were scarce and prices were high that day. Since you did not book online, it was standard practice for the front desk to add you on WeChat to pay and reserve the room. On the third day, knowing that breakfast was not included, you and your female companion still went to the restaurant. When the staff informed you that breakfast was not included, you angrily paid for the meal and threatened to immediately write a negative review for the hotel. Showing your booking confirmation to everyone should make things simpler. Of course, we can also provide more video evidence to prove what happened, if permitted. This explanation wasn't the hotel's intention, but everything must be based on facts. Perhaps you've become accustomed to this kind of operation under the platform's protection, but that doesn't mean the hotel has to be coerced by you. We are dedicated to providing excellent service, and every word and action is done with our customers' best interests at heart. We regret your dissatisfaction!
