Excellent hotel. Spacious well furnished room. Convenient location, close to rail station, with many eateries within development and at Himalayan Center ten minutes walk away. Nicest & kindest staff, always smiling. Breakfast delicious & dining room well maintained. Highly recommended

My 3 friends and I stayed at this hotel. We had a very pleasant stay! The hotel is very clean and the staff are so kind and accommodating. Upon check in they even offered to wash our clothes for us, which was amazingly helpful. We arrived at the Nanjing South Railway station which is a walking distance from the hotel (about an 8min walk). If you're coming from the train station, I recommend exiting through the South exit. Then turning right (meaning going west) and using your GPS to find the hotel. This is the most direct route. We did have trouble finding the entrance of the hotel. So posting here the daytime and nighttime photos of the hotel entrance. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Nanjing! A big thank you to the hotel staff!

Front desk’s service is v good. Hotel’s facilities very good and have interesting smart features. Also the free laundry service is amazing!!

The staff is friendly and always with a smile. They are helpful and pleasant too. Had pass a bag of clothes to 小左 for washing. She tried hard to pass to me before she change shift, showing her responsibility to make sure I got the clothes back. She can easily put at counter for the next staff but she tried her best to pass to me directly. This is the 2nd time staying the hotel and had booked a room for next week before I fly back Singapore. Is a good stay here.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful especially Ms.Wang. My wife injured her leg outside and she allowed us to rest and check out late. We have a bit of communication problem on directions to Hotel. I hope this photos I uploaded will help future guest looking for directions to the hotel. The room is clean and we even have an upgrade.

Everything is awesome! I booked two rooms for a family trip. The rooms were very cosy and clean. The service was excellent! Especially Miss Wang! The breakfast was also amazing! Thanks a lot! 100% recommend! And I will book the hotel again if I travel to Nanjing in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Service & Super Comfortable Stay – Would Definitely Come Back! I only stayed one night at Ziyi Tianyue Nanjing South Railway Station Hotel, but the experience was so good that I genuinely wish I had stayed longer. Right from the start, the service stood out. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They offered free laundry service, and when I used the self-service machine at night, they still called my room once it was done. That level of thoughtfulness really made a difference. Later that night, they even brought me free watermelon. It might seem like a small thing, but it was sweet (in every sense of the word) and made me feel truly looked after. They also gave me a room upgrade, and when I asked for a late checkout due to my train schedule, they arranged it without hesitation. The whole experience felt warm, generous, and honestly worthy of a 5-star rating. One thing that really impressed me was how considerate they were toward me as a foreign guest. Since I don’t have a Chinese phone number, they lent me theirs so I could order food delivery—something I didn’t expect at all and really appreciated. A big shoutout to 小梅 and 小左 at the front desk. They were so kind and went above and beyond to help—from check-in to recommending great places to eat and visit in Nanjing. They truly made me feel welcome. The room itself was great: clean, cozy, and equipped with modern features like a smart toilet, Xiaodu voice assistant, and even a robot that delivers food to your room. It felt high-tech but still very comfortable. The only minor downside is that the hotel doesn’t have a gym—but honestly, with everything else being this good, especially for the price, it’s a very small thing. Even though I only stayed one night, I felt genuinely cared for from start to finish. I’d definitely come back the next time I’m in Nanjing. Huge thanks to the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Nanjing! The location is very convenient — just a short walk from Nanjing South Railway Station, which made getting around super easy. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. We really appreciated their efforts to communicate with us despite the language barrier — it made us feel truly cared for. It’s clear that this hotel has experience in hosting foreign tourists, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Our room was clean, modern, and had excellent air conditioning, which was such a relief after a warm day exploring Nanjing. We also had a bit of fun with the smart features in the room — getting Xiaodu to turn on the lights and open the curtains was a fun touch! There are plenty of food options nearby, plus a convenience store just downstairs, which made grabbing snacks or essentials really easy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nanjing!

Perfect stay if you need to be close to the South Train Station. Modern, comfortable bed, good pillows, everything automated (blinds, lights, TV, etc…) Even a Japanese 🇯🇵 toilet!!!😘😘 And the staff, they can’t be more nice. We had a problem at midnight with a water leak from the AC and their reaction was very fast fixing it, they even offered us to change to a different room. If you are in doubt if to book here, don’t doubt any more, it is close to perfection (breakfast Chinese style, no western options as not many foreigners visitors) I can definitely recommend

The room is clean and good size for couples. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. I would say they have the best service mind comparing to other hotels that we have been staying in China. Good location, very close to the high speed train station. Just a little confused when we arrived at the building A-3 as there are 2 entrances and there’s no English sign at the entrance.
