天冷沒熱水，讓我從晚上8點等到10點，10點問了下還是沒熱水讓我再繼續等，等到凌晨12點了還是沒熱水，就洗個熱水澡這麼困難？沒熱水不能提前説？到了凌晨12點了實在忍不住了打電話問前台，居然跟我説一直再燒水，但是水温上不去他也沒辦法凌晨半夜也找不到師傅維修了，今晚讓我別洗澡了，讓我等明天白天再看看，明天白天也不能確定什麼時候有熱水，早幹嘛去了？酒店解決問題如下，要麼等，繼續等，等到最後搞不定了，他也沒辦法，這麼冷的天洗不了熱水澡算我活該，他酒店該做的都做了，他酒店已經仁至義盡了，一切都怪我為什麼非得要洗澡，所以他酒店沒問題，有問題的是我這個顧客

為了去六合小天池挖石頭，就定在了這附近的這家尚客優，，門廳不錯，房間明顯才裝修不久，味道很大，訂的是親子房，這個房型衹有沿街，比較吵，，房間衞生很一般，電視機上還有很厚的灰塵，前台小姐姐服務是真的好，第一時間就過來處理了，空調遙控器沒電，電視機打不開，房間電話也是壞的，好在小姐姐都一一處理了，，就是保安態度真差，上來關個紗窗厲害的不得了，，浴室水頭小的都簡直了，本來5分鐘能洗好的澡得洗十幾分鍾，不知道到底是為了保護睡資源還是為了浪費水資源，而且沐浴液和洗髮水也沒有明顯標識，，希望改進
