However, the hotel informed me of this in the morning and said that it would refund my room fee. So, I'm already on the high-speed rail. After I check out the room, where can I book something else? And during the process, I contacted Ctrip customer service and made 5 or 6 calls back and forth. Sometimes they said it was OK and sometimes they said it was no. Finally, the person in charge communicated with me and said that the problem with my room had been solved. 2. When I entered the room at night, I went to see the private bath first. It turned out that the so-called solution was that the hotel had to pull a separate water pipe. The original pipe still didn't work, so that's fine. It's better than nothing. But when I remotely notified the hotel to drain the water, I found that there were a lot of eggshells in the bathtub (I could only guess that they were eggshells), and I couldn’t flush them out. I was really speechless. The hotel didn’t clean it after a long time. . Summarize: I can understand emergencies caused by extreme weather, but should hotels also encounter possible problems and hidden dangers? Should hotels prepare contingency plans to deal with extreme weather? If you fail to make appropriate and reasonable compensation after encountering a problem, but instead bring an uncomfortable experience to customers, then the customers' mood will be the same as that of extreme weather.

I found this hotel on Ctrip by chance. I wanted to book a parent-child room, but I didn’t have it. I had to book a double bed and a twin bed.
