設施：房間很新，九間坊好像南大EMBA校友創辦的品牌，經營管理上我覺得還是很不錯。另外停車方便。提前2周定的家庭套房，一個親子房，一個大床房，雙衞，還有客廳和陽台，一家三口加爺爺奶奶5個人住正好，晚上還能一起聊聊天，喝喝茶。 衞生：客房打掃得很乾凈，衹是清明假期人多，客房打掃慢，入住有點晚。 服務：服務挺周到，前台服務人員態度親切。 環境：春天裡民宿小院子花花草草很美。樺墅村裡的桃花梅花油菜花都開了，清早起來村裡散步，空氣清新，很舒服。假期好多人來露營，燒烤，放風箏。 PS: 樺墅村相比不老村的遊人少多了，估計宣傳力度不夠。房費含早，早餐搭配挺營養。村裡沒什麼娛樂，適合躺平發呆，喝茶，吃吃農家菜，擼貓擼狗。垂釣中心雖然很大，50的釣魚票，魚不多，長者家説不好釣。

酒店位於小村子裏，旁邊有水庫和山，山水環抱着；酒店設施衞浴都是科勒品牌、吹風機是戴森；早餐真的很好吃，紅薯玉米都是小時侯的味道，蒸餃和菜包就像媽媽的味道

整體還不錯，小院搞的挺温馨，房間很乾凈，中式早餐一份但挺豐富，也挺安靜，就是房間保潔人員工作還要仔細一些，前台的服務很周到，管家很熱心，總之還算滿意

房間非常乾淨，設施不錯，智能馬桶，浴室水温舒適，床非常柔軟，早餐內容豐富，院落美麗，管家服務很熱情。
