室內脫鞋，但拖鞋在房內，鞋子要放在半戶外的鞋櫃。
隔音部分較差，但夜間禁止走樓梯與住戶會降低音量，因此影響不大。
早餐部分到近期還是換麥當勞，可惜沒有鹹油條。
房間空間舒適不擁擠，牆壁彩繪有特色。一樓交誼廳很大，適合聚會。
