SCHIFO!! CIBO MARCIO E FORMICHE NELLA CAMERA Siamo stati presso l’hotel ideal dal 17/06 al 22/06. Personale SCORTESE…la ragazza, Giovanna mi pare che si chiamasse, antipatica, chiacchierona, bugiarda e non molto disponibile. Arriviamo in hotel alle 12 circa e non ci ha permesso nemmeno di entrare in camera essendo che dovevano ancora pulirla e “SANIFICARLA”. Partiamo dalla prima sera. Arriviamo in camera e sentiamo una puzza di topo morto… infatti aprendo i cassetti abbiamo trovato del CIBO/PESCE MARCIO che stava lì almeno da un paio da settimane!! Dopo averlo fatto presente, e sembrava che le cose si fossero sistemate, usciamo e al nostro ritorno ci aspetta il pavimento SOMMERSO DI FORMICHE… ce le siamo ritrovate pure sui vestiti e sulle valigie che avevamo ovviamente appoggiato perterrà essendo che nelle stanze NON ESISTE UN ARMADIO. Spostando il letto, per cercare di capire il motivo, troviamo del liquido appiccicoso per terra e sul muro. QUESTO È COME PULISCONO E SANIFICANO LE CAMERE!! Senza contare ovviamente che in una settimana ci hanno CAMBIATO GLI ASCIUGAMANI UN PAIO DI VOLTE MASSIMO, e i cuscini su cui dormivamo erano MARCI! Ma dopo le formiche e il cibo marcio questo quasi ce lo aspettavamo. Dopo aver fatto presente delle formiche alle 11 di sera ci hanno cambiato la stanza e il giorno seguente restituito la nostra tripla che avevamo prenotato in precedenza. LI PERÒ CONTINUANO GLI INCUBI! Con 30 gradi in estate L’ARIA CONDIZIONATA NON FUNZIONAVA. Faceva più fresco fuori che dentro. Durante la notte eravamo obbligati ad aprire la finestra per avere un po’ di fresco e non svegliarci completamente sudate il giorno dopo peccato che la zona è centrale e di conseguenza già alle 6 di mattina iniziano i rumori: clacson, camion dell’immondizia, gente che urla per strada…PRENDETEVI DEI TAPPI PER LE ORECCHIE! Abbiamo fatto presente anche questa cosa ma CI HANNO AGGREDITO dicendoci che non era vero e che l’aria condizionata funzionava e che alla fine era un hotel a 3 stelle e non potevamo pretendere tanto!! Rendetevi conto!! . Facendo presente questa cosa tutti i giorni, perché sembrava quasi che se ne fregassero, la penultima sera ci hanno proposto di cambiare stanza ma noi ovviamente abbiamo rifiutato perché ci sentivamo prese in giro essendo che erano 4 giorni che glie lo facevamo presente e il giorno dopo dovevamo andare via. Ciliegina sulla torta? L’ultima sera CI SIAMO RITROVATI A FARE LA DOCCIA CON L’ACQUA FREDDA!! Torniamo in hotel sudate e stanche e ovviamente pure l’acqua calda e venuta a mancare, a detta loro nessuno dell’hotel ce l’aveva perché era successo qualcosa alla caldaia. Perfetto direi. Ultima cosa ma non per importanza: NON FATEVI INGANNARE DALLE FOTO DELLA COLAZIONE CHE HANNO MESSO! Colazione misera e schifosa!. L’ultimo giorno abbiamo chiesto di fare il check out un pochino dopo perché avevamo il treno alle 17 ed eravamo obbligate ad uscire alle 11. Ovviamente dopo tutto quello che ci hanno fatto passare, NON ci sono venuti

My train was too early for me to be able to have breakfast so it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room or be able to borrow one from reception. We stayed at the hotel for four days in early July. This resulted in us leaving with the best impressions. There was a lot of politeness and friendliness among the staff. The room was exactly what we wanted and very clean. Our maids cleaned and tidied it every day. Clean towels were provided and bathroom accessories were promptly replaced. Still stayed for one night and I have to take the airport alibi early in the morning this b&b I strongly advise you. Located in a old palace with a portier and view on the Piazza Garibaldi just a few steps from the alibus stop and consequently from the central station, My spacious and clean room full of frigobar, cooler and safe box with good quality bedroom and a good bathroom of good size also provided with excellent fresh cut and fragrant hand towels. I haven't enjoyed breakfast included in the price because served after the time of my departure. Good clean parfum everywhere. very kind personal. I'll surely come back and advise to book without hesitation!
