Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Narbonne

It was great on all levels, just some sewage smell in the bathroom, it can happen. I mentioned it so they look at it. But the place was spotless and great.

I had a good 3 nights stay here. I loved the peace in my room. Perfect that there are 2 doors, another one to the small kitchenette, it keeps the noise level very low. My bed was comfy and I had good rest as the aircon was on perfect mode and I even did not hear it. Reception was friendly. Close buy I found a Minimart 24/7. This hotel was a good choice !

Location is excellent. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately, our bathroom had a terrible sewage smell.

Didn't came to this hotel due to miss match on calendar.

I liked the hotel. I recommend it.

Within the centre of Narbonne, I stayed here for the buffet. Pretty spacious but there was no hot water for supply at night which was not alright. Somehow the hot water came back in the morning.

I appreciate the accommodation here. Almost everything was perfect. Narbonne doesn't have a famous attraction, but it's a great place to quietly enjoy the view of southern France, but I couldn't, because my mother was sick. If my mother had a healthy body, we would have made more good memories. The way a sick person sees the world is bound to change. It is inevitable that the son's heart is given a perfect score to those who were kind to the sick mother and a zero score to those who were unkind.

1) Good location, 10-15 minute walk from the train station or the tourist attractions. 2) Simple but efficient room layout. 3) The staff is friendly.

Nice hotel in a quiet location. Room is clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and helpful.
