It was possible to check in late at night, and the room was spacious, so I used it comfortably. However, it was inconvenient because the microwave didn't work well in the room.

It was incredibly disappointing. The room was spacious but when we turned down the sheets we found a bunch of hairs, a stain that looked like blood, another that was like makeup, the furniture was stained and had grease marks on the leather office chair (clearly not even wiped down between customers). The tv (fire tv) was originally set to only work if you logged i f you used your personal streaming accounts. When we informed the front desk about everything they have us new sheets (the wrong size) and we had to change the bed linen only to find the bottom blanket and mattress cover to be even dirtier than the to sheets. Needless to say, we immediately checked out and found a better hotel.

Front desk was amazing,we were snowed in and they accommodated us for another night and found a restaurant that delivers in the snow safely. Definitely our future Nashville hotel. We have stayed there many times before this. Breakfast was wonderful 😊

The breakfast could have been better but it also seemed like a lot of people that didn't stay there were coming in and out for the breakfast.

Room was not clean
I found hair on the bed and bathroom sink
Food splashed on the ceiling in several places. The room smelled like they sprayed perfume in it to mask other smells and was overwhelmed gave me a headache. Looks like. They just remodeled but the carpet didn’t meet the walls and was not cleaned.

I got stranded in Nashville due to weather and Sherry and Chris made me feel very welcome and comfortable while I was inconvenienced for a few days until I was able to fly back home. The property was very clean and safe. I appreciate the great hospitality!
