AAnonymous UserAmazing place within a peaceful neighbourhood. The hotel has several unique activities to try and not to mention the amazing staff they have. Loved every bit of it!
Mmoon12The hotel stayed on the same day, so you can enjoy the hot springs. The hot springs are good, the hotel is clean, the rooms are traditional and Western design. I choose Italian food for dinner, and the taste is OK.
YYOTEEWe go to Nasu every year as a family with two adults and two children. We booked a cheap Japanese-style room on this website, but the hotel offered to upgrade to a Western-style room in advance, which we gratefully accepted.
We stayed here right after the hotel reopened, so it goes without saying that it was clean, but we were also impressed with the location, interior, service, and value for money given the price.
We would definitely like to stay again when we go to Nasu next year, so we just hope that the price doesn't go up.
Thank you Mercure.
ここぶたTraveling with a dog♡
It was a contactless check-in.
First, a check-in guide was sent to us at 10am the day before our stay,
and we unlocked the door using the password.
After entering the room, we spoke to the operator using a tablet. (It was a video call!)
See the photo for the tablet.
By the way, the email sent to us at 10am the day before had a URL, so we entered our guest information in advance, which made the day very easy.
Foreigners (with companions) were required to upload their passport information and photos.

This room type is a [Pet-friendly] villa.
You need to think carefully about the room type!
This room had a sauna (see photo). Available 24 hours a day. It's too small for two people, so I think it's basically for one person.
And there's a dog run too.
However, since it's on top of a mountain, there was frost, the weather was changeable, and it rained lightly, so my dog, who hates water and is indoors, hardly used the dog run... What a waste...
I think it's good for dogs who love the outdoors.

It was really nice that the place was well equipped with furniture, appliances, kitchen supplies, pet supplies, and so on!
I felt like staying there for about a week.
*As stated on the official website, there were no pajamas provided, so you must bring your own.
ZZan2014Stepping in the footsteps of autumn leaves, I came to Nasu Mountain Le in the mountains, a stop in the hot spring trip, I enjoyed all my troubles, relaxed mood and friends to talk about wine, not to the end of autumn, I plan the next goal.
MMikoshibaThe location is the best. Even though I went to the snow season, I was very relieved that the entrance and the parking lot were cleanly snowed.
GGuest UserEven if the ingredients are used up due to the buffet, they will not be refilled, and unless you tell them, they will not be added. By the way, it's not the content of the buffet that makes me want to eat more. The correspondence relationship at the front desk is good, but the correspondence relationship between the people at the dining place is not good.
The swimming pool is crowded, but it feels good.
There is also a dinosaur monument, so I think children can enjoy it.
By the way, it is free for children under 12 to sleep together, but there is usually an extra charge.
GGuest Userwonderful landscape, fantastic hot springs, all very practical, hotel has kitchen, room with fridge, friendly people at reception and in service, please note: thats a self-service hotel, ”Ryokan” in Japanese language
