A estadia foi tranquila e agradável, não tive problemas com o quarto, áreas comuns e de lazer ou no restaurante e suas comidas. Tudo muito bom e satisfatório. Excelente custo benefício, um dos melhores da região da Praia do Meio.

Chegando no hotel tive surpresa de ter meu quarto alterado e sem possibilidade de me entregarem a suíte que eu havia escolhido online.
O hotel precisa mesmo de uma pintura geral. A porta da varanda esta enterrada, foi dificultoso pra abrir.
Os garçom são excelentes, atenciosos, bem humorados, assim como as camareiras. A recepção precisa de melhoria para explicar os imprevistos (ex: ao falar que o meu quarto havia sido trocado).
O problema é a infraestrutura do local, o restante é bem tranquilo.
Experiência única.
Não volto de novo!

No dia 12/06 estava marcado prafazer o check de14h e só vim fazer de 18:40 junto com os demais hóspedes, tinha faltado energia, fazendo que os hóspedes esperarem a boa vontade de retornar a energia e a gerência não se manifestou em nenhum momento, houve muita discussão e até chamaram a polícia pra ver se a gerência se manifestasse
Além dessa recepção, os quartos ficou a desejar, não tinha uma tv smart só uma tradicional que não pegava todas as programações, as camas não é tão confortáveis como esperava
Ohotel é sim muito grande mas zero dê conforto, se eu soubesse tinha ficado na minha casa pq não tinha me estressado e teria tido um fds relaxado
Sim, por hotel ser muito grande a áreas da piscina não comporta todos os hóspedes
A localização é excelente por ser próximo dos pontos turísticos e tal mas o preço cobrado era de um hotel de luxo
Não recomendo esse hotel!!!!!!!!!!

Gostei muito da experiência de ter ficado nesse hotel, elevador novo passa segurança, o quarto muito bom cama confortável, ar gela bem, tv a cabo no geral muito limpo e organizado serviço de quarto e café da manhã são muito top come a vontade e tudo muito gostoso.

Foi maravilhoso, o quarto é muito confortável, bastante espaço, banheiro com toalhas, água quente. A piscina era grande e tinha vista por mar. Espero voltar. O atendimento é bom mas depende muito das pessoas. A sala de jogos é bem legal também.
