There was a slight problem with this reservation, because photos showed one rooms (renovated), and the lowest offer was actually for an annex building, which was mentioned with part of one word, but having in mind the price and location - about 10 minutes walking from a great beach, I can only remember this stay with good. Just one advice - read carefully the room description, so that you actually get what you expected.

I booked with *********** to stay in Depis Place and Apartments for one night at the end of September 2023. I was travelling with my friend (both females, early 20s). We arrived shortly before check-in and were told there was a "technical problem" and were subsequently moved to a completely different property 10 minutes away. We were told it was a "partner" accommodation, however it seemed a lot cheaper and more run down. We were shown our room and told that this is where we would be staying instead. The room was dirty and many of the amenities in the room were broken. During the night, on two different occasions someone tried to enter our room, luckily we had the door locked and bolted. Subsequently we were awoken at 7am to the sound of construction and moving furniture, none of which we were told about beforehand. Since, Depis Apartments has ignored both *********** and my request for a full refund for our stay and has not responded to our concerns at all. Would absolutely not recommend this place - especially as female solo travellers!

The location was perfect and very quiet. The room is basic but for the price a great value. Would definitely stay there again.

I visited this property a few days ago. I stayed on DEPIS PLACE solo but its a great choice for families too. The hotel satisfied my expectations, spacious, quiet and clean. I took a great room on the first floor with a balcony. The bed was so relaxing and the bath had a brand new shower! The Front Desk personel were friendly and gave me valuable information's about the town. The only minus, there were no shampoo on the bath so i forced to bought from the local market. Also the location of the hotel is a handicap, the reception send me a map but even with this it took me a lot to find it! Definitely i recommended it and surelly i will return!

A few minutes walk from the the harbor/port and old town. Extremely kind and helpful staff. I recommend Depis place very highly.

Reservamos 5 noches en Agosto en una habitación de 4 personas . Nos metieron en un cuarto Reacondicionado en almacén de productos de limpieza . Pedimos el cambio , y no dieron ninguna opción . En ningún momento , se correspondía con las fotos de su web. : El hotel , no se corresponde para nada con las fotos iniciales, ni con las descripciones de la web . A modo de referencia , Ubicación en el sótano junto a la recepción . La habitación de al lado es igual , real , se utiliza como almacén de productos de limpieza . 2 camas individuales , real =＞ literas . Private balcony , real=＞ patio inferior sótano . Humedades y poca ventilación en toda la habitación . Cocina completamente equipada , real , =＞ ver fotos . Equipamiento de cocina muy deficiente . Tostadora y cafetera , real , no hay . Mobiliario exterior, muy deficiente , ver fotos . Entrada privada , no existe , se entra a través del sótano por la recepción. . Cortinas anti mosquitos , real , no hay. He realizado la reclamación en el hotel, y me comentan que están llenos y que no dan otra opción . Eso sí , la recepcionista Sofía , muy agradable , pero no daba ninguna solución . Todo era para consultar con su jefe .

Ιωάννη Ζούλη ντροπή σου. Άφησες 5 κορίτσια χωρίς διακοπες. Εγώ ή ίδια μητέρα της μιας είχα κλείσει τα 2 δωμάτια πριν τις πανελλήνιες. Είχα ρωτήσει εάν θέλετε χρήματα μου είπατε είναι νωρίς. Σας άφησα όλα τα στοιχεία μου και σας κάλεσα για επιβεβαίωση. Πόσο ελεεινός αντί να μου ξεκαθαριστεί ότι είστε λαμογιο και δεν πρόκειται να με εξυπηρετησετε σε τίποτα με κορόιδευατε όλη την ημέρα ότι θα με καλέσετε και δεν απαντούσατε τα τηλέφωνα. Όταν κάλεσα από άγνωστο σε εσάς νούμερο και απαντήσατε σας παρακάλεσα να δούμε τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε μου κλεισατε το τηλέφωνο. Πόσο αξεστος και αγενής είστε το κατάλαβα αλλά τελικά είσαστε ανήθικος. Τα κορίτσια θα φροντίσουν μέσα από τα social media τους να σας κάνουν "διαφήμιση " καλή τύχη με αυτό σας εύχομαι. Μην ανησυχείτε και έχει ο καιρός γυρίσματα όλα εδώ πληρώνονται. Τα κορίτσια βρήκαν αλλού και πολύ καλύτερα και όταν ανέφεραν το όνομα σας τους είπαν ότι είσαστε γνωστό λαμόγιο. Μπράβο σας έχετε φτιάξει όνομα βλέπω.
