Hotel Imperial View

Room was not as described in mm t page. Approx 150sqft room, no towel, no side table, had to dine in bed, unhygienic food

Many of amenities are not working properly, only 6 rooms has window in total hotel for this cause i upgrade my room with extra money but this is not al surprising when i pay my upgrade amount to reception they refuse to give me the upgrade amount receipt after many struggle i got one xerox slip of my paid amount.

It’s a worst experience. No window in hotel room. There was no hot water for bathing. And they don’t give towel also. Headshots were dirty!

The *** at front desk named mukesh, thick moustaches and hairs coming out of the ears, looks like butcher is a one very very rude to the customers, he don't have ***ners to talk to customers, the room was booked for 02 people, upon asking the second towel and toiletries he was like 'you are staying alone and you got your set of toiletries, why you need other set and gestured to me to go away, he is not appropriate person to work in a hotel at all. First thing was when i arrived at hotel, he asked how did you ***age to book the hotel, when i have suspended my system to not to accept the booking, means they don't want bussiness at all, room was small but ok, location is good, cleanliness is good, never tried food, but small rooms not worth the money, guys look out for the *** in reception, he would be the real destruction of your good mood there

After confirmation hotel person say u book room and your new room was auto upgrade without my concern and charge 1000rs extra

Property meet and clean room very good full maintained room and washroom clean staff behave good and overall good experience

Even my room confirmation, the owner not give us room he wanted more money, never suggest this hotel to anyone.

Room was clean, amenities were available liked my stay room was a but small as compared to the pics shown but manageable

Location is nice, staff is friendly but need to work a bit to improve the maintenance of the provisions and further as per standard mm t provisions drinking water and tea bags etc should be provided.
