We came to celebrate my birthday and the room was clean, comfortable and customer service excellent. We had purchased the breakfast online option to our room and this saved us about $30 or so on the breakfast buffet, which had your normal things on it but it was fresh, hot and good service. Would definitely stay here again.

Clovia was a Beautiful Hostess with a beautiful spirit inside & out. Her smile was infectious with a humble heart. Thanks Again Clovia we need more people in the world as yourself! She made us feel special & rooms were nice & clean. my belly is full it’s pouring outside back up for a nap. Thank New Orleans from Philly

Clovia was a wonderful hostess who was very kind hearted. She took very good care of me and my mother in the morning making sure we were good and got everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and the workers at the front desks were nice. Will definitely be back!

We took a group of twenty teenagers. Our service was excellent and check-in was easy. Our breakfast waitress, Clovier, was wonderful and helpful every morning. The rooms were clean and the neighborhood is good. It’s close to Lakeside Mall and many restaurants.

Rooms need updated. Had 2 bed suite with pull out couch for third person. No bedding for pull out. Only 2 washcloths. Lots of room but sp**** furnishings. Paid extra for third person. Good customer service. By a busy noisy street. No breakfast included. Holiday inn express much better deal.

Jessica at the bar is by far the best. Go see her at the bar and grill for good food and a good drink. She keeps the restaurant running like a well oiled machine. The food is good it’s worth the wait and the drinks Jessica makes are good. Go and see for yourself

Never had enough towels, our garbage was overflowing. There were no shades over the window, so it was hard to sleep in daylight.. The bathroom was only accessible through the bedroom. It was fine, but would not necessarily recommend.

Room window reminded me of an old hospital ward. Two of the staff members had saucy attitudes, one of which was particularly rude. Chef Ron’s Gumbo Stop was very good, which is next door to hotel.
