Excellent location. The hotel was near all the tourist attractions. Friendly hotel staff, especially at the hotel reception. The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was not up to expectations. Will again book for future trips. Safe place to stay for solo travellers.

Better avoid to stay in this hotel, very unpleasant front desk, they are not willing to help for anything always in denial mode

Great stay in NYC. We got bottled water every day, even some snacks at check in. Very friendly staff. The only thing that was missing was gym. The rest was great!

Won't ever stay here with the family again, for the following reasons: 1. Room is very small 2. More than 32 floors but with only 2 lifts 3. Location is walkable to Times Square and 42nd St Metro, but there's always people smoking **** outside 4. No mini fridge to store your own food 5. No self laundry facility The staff are nice though.

The location is very good, the breakfast is average, the room is also OK, in short, everything is small. After all, it is in Times Square. The location is too good. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Times Square after 9 o'clock in the evening. The road is relatively safe. The smell of tobacco wafts all the way, haha, you know.

Good location, you can walk to Times Square. Parking is difficult, you have to use Valet Parking, and it costs $75-$85 per time, plus taxes. The room is small and the facilities are old. There is no view for odd-numbered rooms, you can only see the hotel opposite. Even-numbered rooms on high floors can see the Empire State Building and Summit.

One of the mattresses in the room collapsed. I wanted to change rooms but found that the mattress in another room also had problems. I was not allowed to change it again and was told to repair it. After the maintenance, I was asked to wait in the room, but no one came to repair it after waiting for an entire afternoon. So what? I slept like this on a sagging mattress for four nights. The only thing is that the hygiene is cleaned in time. I didn't take a photo of the room, but the rest was unremarkable.

The white male waiter was very nice, but the black one was not very friendly. You have to pay to pick up your luggage after 12 o'clock at night, and then the white waiter helped me pick it up himself, free of charge👍

Except for the good location, everything else is too bad! Bad environment, no service! The breakfast was crowded, the elevator was old, the air conditioner was whirring, and there was no way to rest at all
