The hotel was disgusting. Room wasn’t clean at all, burn holes in the sheets, bed was broken & was woken up throughout the night with people arguing in the hallway. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Nice,clean hotel, convenient to highway.Closet shelf support was broken, and no access to Netflix or prime video due to their network issues, I guess. Rear parking is small so when it's full you have to park on the street. The bed was comfy though. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The space was more condensed than appeared. The section of smoking that was available was unkempt and connecting with staff required having to head back to the front desk persistently. On the first night of our stay, a man was dragging out another man who was yelling for someone to help him. It was a very Bronx experience, yet it felt hollow and overall average at best.

They gave me a room that smelled like an ashtray. I was not happy with that! Especially the fact that I do not smoke cigarettes.

Well where should I start this is not a hotel but a motel half filled with migrants. Loud disturbance all through out the day. It got so bad I was woken up just past midnight with the sounds of children screaming. Management sent security multiple times to try help the situation. It did for about an hour then right back to it. This was also notice as a non smoking hotel(motel) thank goodness I didn’t have my children with me. The odor of cigarettes leaked into the room. Fortunately one of the windows was able to open. Bathroom floors forget about it.

Safe no frills but affordable. Stay here a lot . Owners nice. 100 a night in nyc can’t find a better option
