My boyfriend and I have stayed at the Soho Grand many times throughout the last year, for both business and personal trips. One of the best parts of our trip each time is the experience we received at checkin with Barrington- this is going all the back prior to May. We were coming up to New York weekly for work and Barrington made our weekly experience amazing. There were several Sundays I was not looking forward to traveling back to New York again, but once we arrived to his welcome and greeting, it genuinely made our day better. We looked forward to seeing him every week - he was nothing but delightful! Fast forward to today - my boyfriend is in New York alone, I am traveling in a different city for work, and I wanted to send him something special when her arrived back to his room tonight. Of course I called Barrington and he, without hesitation, helped me get some dessert and a note sent to his room. He truly makes us feel like family.

I took my daughter to New York Fashion Week and lived here. There are convenience stores on the street corner and the venue is close to the subway. Shopping is very convenient.

The location is very good, within 10 minutes walking distance from the shopping street, there are 3 large supermarkets, drug stores, Starbucks, there is a Starbucks on the first floor, breakfast can be eaten here. There are also several burger restaurants, the most famous being the Shake Shack Main Store. The hotel is good both in service and staying experience. Room 28 is not small, it is much newer than other old hotels, and the layout is good. Will consider staying here next time.

Older hotels in New York and New York! Equivalent to China Express Hotel! But the location is not bad, there is Chinatown nearby! Koreatown! Especially the streetwear is very special. The streets of New York are so far away than imagined. Hahahahahaha, the streets are more worn and repaired everywhere! Metropolis!

EVERYTHING about the Manner was PERFECTION - the impeccable design, customer service, rooms, restaurant atmosphere and cuisine, and professionalism and kindness of EVERY single employee. They all treated us like royalty. The restaurant, The Otter, was delicious, the bar (speakeasy style) was stunning, the rooftop had beautiful views. As an avid traveler and lover of all the boutique hotels, I am constantly trying new ones and reviewing them for my book in progress and this is one of the best I have experienced in any city around the world. I have been traveling to NYC for over 30 years and always prefer to stay in Soho, Greenwich Village or the Meatpacking District for a more local experience. When I heard the Standard Hotels and Hyatt had opened the Manner, I was super excited to try it out and it far exceeded my expectations. Meg Sandefur
