Best hotel I ever stayed in. Very clean and even provided me with bottled waters which I thought was amazing. Polite and had not one problem with the room

Check in was easy, but our room was not nice at all. I do not understand how this hotel is marked as five star because it had three star standards. The first room we were placed in was the handicap accessible room, even though we booked the Classic Queen. The rug was torn up and dirty, the bathroom was oddly arranged, the room was extremely small where you can only sit on your bed. There were no drawers to place your clothes, and there seemed to be a fridge at some point but was taken out. I called the front desk if there was supposed to be a fridge and they rudely said ”no” and hung up. The pillows were horrible - flat, no support at all. I had to use two or three pillows to support my head and neck at night.
We woke up the first morning and the room was so hot. We came to find out our HVAC was not working. We called down and we were able to change rooms. The second room was nicer and surprise surprise there was a fridge! We were under the impression that all the rooms did not have fridges since our first one did not have one. So yes, they put us in a subpar room purposefully because maybe we booked through a third party? Either way, do not stay at this hotel if you're expecting ”five star.” The only plus was location - close to the Canal St subway station. Will not stay there again, and definitely do not recommend.
This hotel is a great find in the heart of Soho and just north of Tribeca. While small, the rooms are clean, modern and well appointed. The staff is excellent and attentive to all your needs.
Older hotels in New York and New York! Equivalent to China Express Hotel! But the location is not bad, there is Chinatown nearby! Koreatown! Especially the streetwear is very special. The streets of New York are so far away than imagined. Hahahahahaha, the streets are more worn and repaired everywhere! Metropolis!
Nestled on a tree lined street in SoHo. The Manner is a 97 room hotel with a discreet: refined: generous sensibility. Our name derives from our particular manner of hospitality: one that feels like staying at the home of a dear friend. The Otter our all day street side restaurant serves a seafood driven menu sourced from carefully selected purveyors. Sloanes is a chic cocktail bar located on our second floor.
Dominic is located in the Soho district of New York's trendy brand shopping. The geographical location is very convenient. The hotel facilities are complete and comfortable, and the service staff is enthusiastic. Highly recommended!
Great stay. Great location. Would stay again when I'm next in New York.

GGuest UserThere was a bit of remodeling going on the for the week I was there so that was the only reason for the downgrade on facilities. With that said my room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I would very much recommend this hotel if you want to be downtown with a lot going on outside the door.
AAnonymous UserThe view on the top floor of the hotel is very good, you can watch the sunrise and sunset.
The room size is relatively large in New York;
There is a restaurant downstairs;
Soho location is very good and convenient!
IIsabelle LiuThe location is very good, within 10 minutes walking distance from the shopping street, there are 3 large supermarkets, drug stores, Starbucks, there is a Starbucks on the first floor, breakfast can be eaten here. There are also several burger restaurants, the most famous being the Shake Shack Main Store. The hotel is good both in service and staying experience. Room 28 is not small, it is much newer than other old hotels, and the layout is good. Will consider staying here next time.
