Hotels in Laguardia Airport, New York

Location is a bit far from main metro but that can be compensated with Lyft ride which is just abt $6usd to the metro...we chose here given the rate of stay is so much lower than in Manhatten. Room wise is very decent and clean. Amenities were lacking ie toothbrush / paste and bathroom slippers which will be a plus point if provided. The hotel is next to some Industrial building and there's sensors within the room to monitor Carbon Monoxide which. Personally stay here only if u are on budget and wana balance ur your long stay in NYC. There's no eateries nearby and nearest are small shops which need about 10mins walking. The good thing is hotel does provide snacks / hot n iced water at lobby and for breakfast time - they provide free pastries, fruits and coffee / tea.

The location was in the suburbs, in a residential area. The nearby cafe was surprisingly nice, so I recommend it. Cleaning will not be done unless you request it by 10am, so you have to be careful. You can eat breakfast bread in the lobby until 9am, and you can also drink coffee. There is also a water server, so you can put it in a plastic bottle and take it with you when you go out. Cups and plates are always available in the lobby, so it is convenient for eating food bought at the supermarket. The WiFi was a little weak

There is a clear reminder that the room will be cleaned every two days. When our room was not cleaned for 3 consecutive days, we went to the front desk to negotiate. The solution given was that only the garbage could be picked up on the same day. We agreed, but until check-out, no service staff showed up to clean up the garbage. I don't know if this is an occasional mistake of the hotel or it has always been like this. Apart from this episode, the other experiences are OK. The hotel is opposite the subway station, and there is a paid parking lot and a 24-hour supermarket next to it, which is convenient for travel.

Traveled with a family of 5. Loved our stay. Staff were very welcoming and nice. We needed accommodations and they meet our needs with no problems. Valet parking were courteous. Our rooms were clean organized, and very well structured. We loved the bathroom behind the mirror. Very nice. Kids loved it and enjoyed the stay. They have a small Gym, beautiful breakfast lobby, lower terrace with tables, and upper terrace with a beautiful view. Their breakfast was ok. Do need a little more work on. Offered toast, bagels, cerial, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, tater tots, fruits, coffee, juice and water. Eggs were watery, and tater tots were cold, and not well done. Bagel tosted with cream cheese were great. We rate it a 4 out of 5 since it does need work on their breakfast, but we enjoyed our stay and will visit again. Thank you!

Located in a neighborhood with a large concentration of restaurants and supermarkets in Long Island City, it is convenient for transportation and living. The rooftop terrace overlooks the Queens Bridge and Manhattan. It is within walking distance of three subway stations and LIC GANTRY PARK and ASTORIA FERRY STATION to WTC.

Great location for transit flight stopovers. The shuttle service to the airport was very good.

The hotel is fine! Good location but they didn’t clean the rooms! The first day they did it but we realized that they don’t vacuum, they don’t clean the papers that we left on the floor! The next day they never cleaned the room and we had to complain and they told us that at least they were going to send us clean towels but they never sent them! The next day we asked them to clean the room and they did but they didn’t change the sheets and they never picked up the trash on the floor! For the quality and service it could be that we were flying but more likely than not! The people at the reception didn’t smile! Luckily we changed to another hotel in Manhattan and it was much better! They charged me more than what we had booked! Will I come back? No!

We have only 20hrs layover in NYC, hotel staff gave good advice so we can enjoy the maximum of NYC with our 6 y/o boy during our 20hrs. Clean hotel and good shuttle service.

Bright and clean. Checked in very late, the service staff explained clearly and was very warm, it felt very relaxing. Spring is a season of warm weather and blooming flowers, and it feels extra comfortable. In addition, this room is very suitable for the elderly

The location is awesome, as Long Island City is just one subway stop away from Manhattan. The neighbourhood itself is interesting, because one can sense the real America just in this one tiny area: jobless African Americans mixed with hard-working Spanish immigrants and invisible middle class professionals hiding in newly constructed office towers and condominiums. The hotel, however, needs better design to make the clients feel more at ease. One example, the breakfast area has no window and looks worse than a struggling diner. Perhaps it’s designed in such a way so that secure middle class and upper middle class folks won’t choose this brand…
