"酒店設施總體來説還是不錯的，包括吹風機和潤膚露品質都很好，無論大堂還是房間都比較符合五鑽標準，但美中不足是健身房和游泳池都沒有開，這點和五鑽配套的標準還是有一定差異，房間有裝修後留存味道，用香薰去味感覺也並不好聞。再説早餐，五一第一天出現嚴重缺餐客人搶餐的現象，供不應求，應該是開業後第一次接待旅遊旺季客流，管理上嚴重評估不足，不過第二天就改善了，還算改進較快，早餐中的自助冰淇淋機是亮點，整體菜品豐富，但口味和精緻度需要提升，最基礎的麪檔各種麪都不好吃還是要學習改進，咖啡機是速溶的也有些拉跨。最後説服務，感覺響應比較慢，首先是前台電話，訂房前幾天打電話都無人接聽最後通過攜程聯繫上了，另外入住辦理比較慢，還是要從人員培訓和管理上提升。酒店整體價格同比有優勢。"
