"First, I must thank the hotel staff; they were very friendly and helpful. However, regarding the hotel itself, I must provide honest feedback. 1. Room Facilities: The room's style is minimalist, but I found it too simple. There was only a high chair; not a single comfortable chair to recline in. Also, the coat rack couldn't be removed from the rod; you had to put your clothes on, which meant shorter people would definitely need a stool to hang their clothes. 2. Room Cleanliness: Basic cleanliness was acceptable; it was cleaned daily. However, the bathroom constantly emitted a foul odor due to plumbing issues. After reporting this to the hotel, they only placed a spray bottle in the bathroom, which didn't solve the fundamental problem. 3. Noise Issues: The room wasn't soundproofed, and the hallway was very noisy whenever someone spoke. Furthermore, the hotel's cleaning staff spoke loudly in the hallway and threw cleaning tools outside my room. 4. Overall Facilities: The hotel entrance is about 100 meters long, and the passageway was still under construction; the pavement wasn't paved, and workers were doing painting during the day, which was very inconvenient. 5. Hotel Breakfast: For some reason, the hotel did not offer breakfast and required us to have it at the neighboring J24 Hotel. This was very inconvenient and was my biggest complaint."

"Although it's a three-star hotel, it has five-star quality. The hotel is very new, having only opened in 2026. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is a bit out of the way; you mainly rely on taxis to get around. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean."

"The hotel is really nice, with modern rooms and very high ceilings. The room was a bit small though, no space for a large suitcase. The bathroom and toiletries were satisfactory, clean and modern. Maybe because the garden in front of the hotel wasn't finished yet, it was a bit hard to find the hotel. Turns out you have to enter through the hotel next door, and the hotel name sign was too small. The hotel isn't far from Bignami metro station, just a 5-minute walk, but it's the last station on the line. The hotel is genuinely good! 👍"

"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Compared with other accommodations in the area, the price was very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed during my stay. What I appreciated most was the convenient location. There are three supermarkets nearby, ranging from small to large stores. One of the smaller supermarkets stays open until midnight, which was very convenient for buying groceries and daily necessities after returning late in the evening. There are also several cafés, restaurants, and public transportation options within walking distance. The M5 metro station is only about a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The host was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and I was able to rest well every night. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay."

"The location is excellent, less than a two-minute walk from the M3 metro exit. Actually, you can take the M1 to the Cathedral station and walk for about 5 minutes. There's a flower shop downstairs; you'll find it when you see the newsstand and flower shop. This apartment seems to be converted from a previous long-term lease. It's on the 7th floor of the building. The front desk closes at 6 PM daily. If you arrive after that, there's no front desk available; you'll need a key to open the main entrance downstairs, then the door on the 7th floor, and finally your room. The room layout is reasonable. It can be noisy because of the trams passing downstairs; earplugs are provided. Check-out time is 11 AM; there's a €20 charge for late check-out, and it's strictly enforced. The water pressure in the shower head on the ceiling is very low, so use it with caution. The bedding is okay, except the comforter is just a thin blanket. Toiletries are complete, including cotton swabs and cotton pads. Luggage can be left at the front desk, but the service is very good. I stayed here to see a performance at La Scala; the location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk and on a straight road. Hope everyone has a great time in Milan"

"Very small hotel without any amenities - not great value for money. Staff service was nice and the rooms are new and clean, but there are better options. Location is also a bit strange and difficult to find the entrance. Would not recommend."

"The hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down. There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything! We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner."

"Super comfortable and very clean, highly recommend! We were on a self-driving trip and there are many bus stops nearby. The subway station is only an 8-10 minute walk away, and there are also plenty of restaurants in the area. The online check-in was super convenient. It looks exactly like the photos, the kitchenware is very complete, and there's a washing machine. Definitely worth recommending."

"Guys! I seriously can't recommend this place enough!!! This was originally just supposed to be a regular overnight layover in Milan, and I was planning on just making do, but I unexpectedly ended up staying in my dream accommodation 😂 First off, the location is excellent. It's only about two or three hundred meters from the metro station, which was super convenient even with luggage. Secondly, it was a room for four people, and it seems like it was recently renovated. The space was plenty big enough, and everything, especially the bathroom, was incredibly clean. It might just be the cleanest hostel bathroom I've ever seen! Even though it's a semi-basement space, the air conditioning was strong, and there was good air circulation, so it didn't feel stuffy at all! Most importantly, the service was fantastic! I arrived at 11 PM, and I'd informed the front desk in advance about my late check-in, which wasn't an issue at all. The next morning, there was a free breakfast provided, and the croissants were delicious! The staff member (a gentleman) even specifically asked if I wanted coffee, snacks, or drinks – he was incredibly warm and welcoming!! It really made me want to stay an extra night in Milan 😂"

"The hotel was fine, but there was a slight hiccup before I booked it. I couldn't understand why a hotel costing over 6,000 yuan didn't include breakfast, which made me book it without paying close attention. Communication was fruitless, and paying at the front desk was a hassle."
