New Hotels in Milan

"The hotel is quite new. The room was comfortable and it had what we needed. It was close enough to the metro so it make it easy to get around, yet not super close to the center, but it was fine. Breakfast was nice. The staff was okay. Unlike many showers in Italy, the showers were a nice size. Most other hotels we stayed at had tiny cubicles as showers. The onky downsides are that the lifts in Italy are very small so a big family with bags will need to make more than 1 trip. It is also hard to find hotels with gyms around Milán and Venice."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. Compared with other accommodations in the area, the price was very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed during my stay. What I appreciated most was the convenient location. There are three supermarkets nearby, ranging from small to large stores. One of the smaller supermarkets stays open until midnight, which was very convenient for buying groceries and daily necessities after returning late in the evening. There are also several cafés, restaurants, and public transportation options within walking distance. The M5 metro station is only about a 4-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. The host was friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and I was able to rest well every night. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay."

"Location: Excellent and convenient. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from the subway exit. Popular neighborhoods are also within walking distance. Ambiance: Since it's a new hotel opening in 2026, the lobby and restaurant are very spacious with a fresh, modern design. The long-shaped room is very ample; upon entering, there's a living area and wardrobe space. To the left is a split bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink are separate), and to the right is a large bed. The facilities are brand new, and the space is well-designed. I stayed for three nights, and it offered great value for money – highly recommended!"

"Very small hotel without any amenities - not great value for money. Staff service was nice and the rooms are new and clean, but there are better options. Location is also a bit strange and difficult to find the entrance. Would not recommend."

"The room is nice, and the location is good too, in the city center, with the subway and light rail downstairs. The only problem is that it's too noisy at night. Even with the windows closed, the light rail noise is still loud all night. Otherwise, it's good. If you don't mind the noise, you can consider it."

"The Chinese management and operational staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and thoughtful, as were the local security guards at the entrance. The facilities are brand new and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, within walking distance of Milan Central Station, and just four subway stops from the Duomo area. My portable slippers, which I'd brought from home, got lost right at the beginning of my trip. I was going to ask where I could buy some nearby, but the staff member directly offered me two pairs of slippers, which was an enormous help. Those portable slippers were originally shipped from China, and without them, the rest of my trip would have been incredibly inconvenient. So grateful!"

"The apartment is great. Everything is brand new, the house is nice. The neighborhood can look a litlle getto (as we were in august, many places are closed and covered in graffiti). The check in is very easy, you don’t have to find the key in the middle of nowhere. The service is little off cause we had a sink problem, left the application but nothing was ever done to it. Overall I would be glad to come bac I would be glad to come back!"

"The location is very good, the neighbors are noisy on the street, the doors creak and can be heard from the apartment, at 6 o'clock they start throwing garbage out of the window, it is very audible, the air conditioner does not work well, otherwise the apartment is normal and you can live"

"The hotel was fine, but there was a slight hiccup before I booked it. I couldn't understand why a hotel costing over 6,000 yuan didn't include breakfast, which made me book it without paying close attention. Communication was fruitless, and paying at the front desk was a hassle."
