Travel was attending a Prayer Function at GS Melaka 54th remembrance prayers .Distance to travel to GS about 10 minits by car.Grab available. Ample parking space . Nearby Hotel many shops for Breakfast if Breakfast not included in stay.including Stall n shops for lunch Tea , Dinner n Happy Hours"

"Weak Wi-Fi. The bathtub is old and plastic, while taking shower standing in it feels like it’s gonna break! Their windows haven’t been replaced in ages, really dirty, and they leak—traffic noise kept me up all night from bedtime till morning. Hot water, kettle, and AC can’t run at the same time; power tripped three times in one night. But honestly, the staff are awesome—super quick to help, really friendly, and the front desk is great. Just wish the facilities were actually decent… really hope they fix this stuff soon."

"I promise this review is honest and unfiltered... This was my first stay in Malacca, and I’m so grateful for this newly renovated hotel that gave us a sense of safety and comfort. We ended up extending our stay by 2 more nights because we loved Malacca so much, for a total of 4 nights. Here’s my overall feedback, hope it helps anyone coming to Malacca: - The hotel is in a great location, seemingly in a Chinese area with no run-down surroundings. It’s only about 2+ km to Jonker Street, super close—Grab rides cost just a few ringgit. Taxis are easy to get, and there are bell staff at the entrance who can help with anything you need. - The renovation is new, easily 4-star standard, and really comfortable. Clean, fresh, with all the essentials. Rooms with balconies are amazing—my partner could smoke freely, just remember to close the windows to follow hotel rules. There are waiting sofas in every floor corridor, which is really thoughtful, plus air purifiers and air coolers too. - Downstairs there’s a seafood restaurant, a Western bar, a noodle shop, a Sichuan restaurant, and even a Chaoshan beef hot pot place. We tried almost all of them, and they’re all pretty good. The fish at the seafood restaurant was excellent—pricier, but worth it for the quality. - The hotel service is the part I need to comment on. It’s inconsistent—some staff are lovely, others lack service awareness. For example, there was a Malay bellboy who was always cheerful and helped open doors every day. But the front desk staff were sometimes unenthusiastic, and calls to them weren’t always smooth. The staff at the pool also weren’t very friendly. - Breakfast is okay! The butter should really be replaced with animal-based butter 🧈! If the hotel is open to feedback, please improve the front desk and overall service to match the standard set by the friendly bellboy. "The front counter staff were very kind, polite, and helpful when asked about where to park. There is a Coway water dispenser downstairs. The room is spacious and suitable for 3 adults, clean, and towels are provided. The only downside is that the water pressure is a bit slow. The hotel area is very close to Jonker Walk and convenient for walking around."

"Clean, comfortable room and everything else was great. The only issue was a strong smoke smell that made the stay less pleasant. If that’s addressed, it’d be a 5-star experience."

"I am Totally Impressed with the Cleaniness and The Spaciousness this Family Room Provides. The Toilet is Huge and Big and very Colourful The space it had is so Amazing for a family of 6. Me and Wife love the bed they provide even better than some of the Hotel around and the pillow have Different hardness and Softness. Air con was new and very cold yet still providing us 2 fan to better equip the room with more wind in the day time Location need to Specifically mention as it was really just 650m walk away as most of the locals is parking at Lot 78 area so I could visit the Jonker street night market easily Will definitely only want to book and stay at Lot 78 when I visit Malacca with my Kids and family again and will even want to explore booking the 2nd floor that 2 more special Room : )"

"Well... the location is great. You couldn't find a more central or romantic place to stay. The room is also kind of cozy, definitely old-school. Great view of the river. The owner is incredibly nice. But... We booked 36 square meters. The room was 16 square meters plus a small bathroom without hot water... Taking off your shoes at the front door and walking barefoot through the house is also a matter of personal taste. The offerings urgently need to be revised. And the price is too high for what you get. But still, I'd recommend it for the right kind of renter. But I wouldn't book it again... Too quirky. Too expensive. And far too many barriers throughout the house. The toilet is designed for short people."

"Great location with many f&b outlet and places of interest nearby . All messages and queries were promptly answered by the staff . Unit reasonably clean and well maintained with very scenic view but theres still room for improvement 1. It will be great if you can provide a microwave oven. 2. Tissue boxes or kitchen towels . 3. Mirrors in the bedroom & bathroom. 4. The mattresses have sunken and need to be replace . 5. The shower head holder in the common bathroom is loose and need toi be fix. Overall a great and pleasant stay ."
