Location: close walk to shops and entertainment Clealiness: one of the best out of my stays at serviced apartments in Australia Servce: receptionists were nice and helpful Facilities: didn't use but there's a pool. Parking available at fee and also easy to use. Overall a great stay and the family was happy!

The hotel is very close to the Newcastle train station, the transportation is very convenient, the rooms are clean, the kitchen utensils are all available, two adults and two children live in a two-bedroom suite, which is excellent value for money.

Arrived late by train, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station, upgraded to three bedrooms, the family sleeps well each, the front desk can store luggage, check-in and check-out are very convenient

The apt is managed by an agency which did not make an effort to contact you using other medium beside SMS. So, in convenience. At Aussie standard, the apt complex can be better clean - too many dry leaves on the ground - otherwise good place with good location.

I stayed in several hotels during my trip to Australia, and this one was pretty good. Our room was located so we could see the Ferris wheel opposite, which was especially beautiful at night. The bed is also very comfortable, the front desk is very welcoming, and the price/performance ratio is very good.

I enjoyed the flawless performance from check in. It took a very short time to get me through,we appreciate that especially having travelled for four hours to Newcastle! The breakfast was superb and a great menu for everyone… Our daughter loved the choice of cereals and fruits and keep it up! See you again sometime this New Year 2025 I was just concerned about the parking fee ; Upon checking was informed it cost me 16$ for a day,we stayed 4 days and last night I realized was charged 128 $ which means was charged double or to my understanding  does a day  means 12 hrs ? Thank you

Hotel, staff and location ideal for the train station and tram. Only a trams ride away from the restaurants and beach. However, the breakfast was very basic. Lacking in variety, one fruit option and no sausages although they advertised them on their literature/ photos.

It’s opened in 2024. New facilities. Everything is spotless. Complimentary coffee (St Ali) is good. Body wash is a good brand (Byredo). Smells nice. Awesome tech built in the room. Remote control blind and curtains. Enjoyed the stay so much. Parking is a bit pricy tho $35 for a night. The first two levels are usually full. You have to go to level 4 as level 3 is reserved for other companies. No lift on level 4. Gotta walk down.

This was a great property which I believe is fairly new. Very large room, with kitchenette and great bathroom. Toiletries supplied were first class. Very contemporary in the design and layout and reception staff were most helpful on arrival and took us up to our room. The king size bed was luxurious, comfortable as were the pillows. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
