We booked here for our night before taking the ferry. The room smelled terrible, we had to run an air purifier all night. We believed it was a main floor room based on booking, and instead were required to use stairs, which was unexpected as I have a disability and book as such. The room was very dated. There was an overuse of fragrance in the main lobby/entrance, and combined with people smoking at the entrance, it was very triggering to allergies. This hotel is not accessible, and we will not stay here again despite its convenient location.

Staff was not friendly and there was no elevator to bring suitcases upstairs. Toilet paper was so thin it was useless.

It was very close to the Port aux Basques ferry from where we were leaving for North Sydney early today. The hostess who checked us in, and the host who checked us out were very helpful!

Very nice stay! We had such a nice time we booked a second visit on our return visit to Newfoundland.
Very nice hotel, very clean and roomy. Very close to the Ferry.

Very nice stay at this Hotel.
It was very busy after the Ferry arrived, the staff did a great job of remaining calm and working through each guest as she gave calm and concise service to all.

Restaurant is closed on Sunday?? Specifically booked this hotel because it had a restaurant! Hurricane Lee was moving through the area and I just wanted to check in get something to eat and stay in my room. Couldn’t do that because the restaurant was closed?

Most guests were travellers from the ferry so all eating at same time.The kitchen and wait staff did a great job of getting the meals out fast and hot.Very courteous and friendly.
