The location was good and I liked the friendly staff.
The room condition was a bit disappointing, but I am satisfied considering the value for money.
I think it's cheap and good for group travelers. The view is pretty.

It is located in the Gold Coast, and Lotte Mart is located in the building, making it easy to use the mart and shop.
However, there was no clear instructions on how to check in, and I made a reservation for 5 people, but when I went to the accommodation, it was for 4 people, so I raised an objection, but was given an absurd explanation that the sofa was a bed, and if I asked for an additional bed, I had to pay an additional fee. We requested bedding, an extra bed, and towels for one person to use, and paid an additional fee.
There is a lot of difference between the information on the reservation site that says 2-bedroom and 3-bed rooms, so you need to be careful when making a reservation for 5 or more people.
Additionally, there was a lack of various kitchen utensils, and they were old and inconvenient to use.
I absolutely do not recommend this accommodation.

I kept asking questions through the agent, but I couldn't get a proper answer.
As expected, I arrived and went in for over 30 minutes ㅡㅡ
The cleanliness of the accommodation was also very poor.
It was spacious for the price and other than the fact that it was next to a supermarket, it was difficult.

It’s convenient because it’s right next to Golden Coast Lotte Mart! However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no connecting passage so I had to go outside. There was a slight inconvenience in communication due to the lack of a separate reception, but I am satisfied with the quick response. The accommodation is clean and the view is great!
