Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing.

It was the best. I've stayed at many hotels in Tokyo, but this is the best so far. There is no need for a restaurant. If you focus on how to spend your time slowly and luxuriously in your room, this is the place that is best suited for that. Maybe it was originally a high-end one-room apar**ent for singles... Maybe it's a renovation that turned it into a hotel? Therefore, it has a luxurious structure with one room per floor. Also, depending on the person, I think there are likes and dislikes, but the lady at the reception counter is super friendly and doesn't look like a hotel (in a good way). If anything, it's more like a cafe worker lol. I don't hate that kind of thing. I want that feeling to remain.

I really liked that the accommodation was spacious. The bed was big and nice, but since there was a separate living room, it was nice to have a sofa to separate the living and sleeping areas. It was a very satisfying stay in Tokyo, where there are many narrow hotels. Also, since it is a hot neighborhood in Tokyo these days, there are many good cafes and restaurants. Cleanliness and friendliness were a given. The only downside is that although the distance from the station is not that far, you have to transfer to get to major tourist attractions.
