A hotel that you should avoid if you are traveling with children. I really don't recommend staying here. The hotel room is extremely small. The bathroom in the room had a particularly strong odor. The hot spring bath was also very dirty, with scale stains everywhere. The point is: from the management staff to the service staff, the service attitude of the hotel is very poor. The attitude towards guests with Ctrip orders is not good. Japanese honorifics are hardly used during service. The room rate is almost 2,000 yuan. This hotel is really too low standard. In our case, Japanese communication is completely barrier-free. We have traveled almost all over Japan, stayed in many hotels, big and small, and never encountered such a hotel and such service. This stay has greatly broadened my horizons. It turns out that hotel management can be so **, which is eye-opening. Before coming, I called to inquire about the cost of breakfast + dinner for a child alone, and they said that the charge was more than 500 yuan. When we clearly raised unreasonable opinions, we learned that the dinner for a child alone was 150 yuan. When we asked why there was so much extra money, the attitude of the hotel staff was bad and impatient again. They were too lazy to explain even the most basic explanation. I have never seen such a situation. It’s not that the Ctrip fee has been paid, and I don’t want to stay again. The next morning, because the hotel staff had a bad attitude and there were spiders in the room, I complained to the management department. The person in charge of the hotel (Qin Shouren) came out to apologize. After various fake apologies, and knowing that we were missing one person and did not go to breakfast and dinner, we agreed not to charge random fees. After I checked out, the Ctrip staff contacted me again and charged me over 500 yuan. I really should avoid such a dishonest hotel that goes back on its word, charges without standards, bullies guests from Ctrip, and has such poor hygiene.

It is a cost-effective hotel in Noboribetsu. Breakfast and dinner are included. The receptionist in the lobby is friendly. There is a bus at the door and it is convenient to go to the JR station. The hot spring has several pools with different temperatures. The quality of dinner was average, it would have been better if breakfast could have ended later. Still recommended.

The location is very good. The Jigokudani Hot Spring has a strong smell of sulfur, which is really good for the skin. The hotel is very old, you know. The hotel lights are dim and the sound insulation is very poor. News of the earthquake happened to come out, so I get very nervous when there is a crash! Those who stay are either tour groups or Japanese elderly people with walking sticks. Not suitable for bringing children. I'm afraid of bumping into them! The hotel service is very good. They are all elderly people. I respect their service awareness and spirit!

The hotel service is good, but the uncle's English is not good and he needs to communicate through a translator, which is okay. The location is very good. You can walk to the busiest street in 6-8 minutes!

The old-fashioned room is large in size and can be opened with a key. A hot water bottle is provided in the room. Yukata of all sizes are available. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with more dishes and more people.

Most of the hotels in Noboribetsu accept tour groups, and this hotel is no exception, with a large number of tour groups. The hotel room smelled like old furniture. The hot spring is not bad, pure sulfur hot spring.
