The room was spacious, the food was delicious and we had a comfortable stay, but although I understand that alcohol is charged for with meals, I don't like the fact that soft drinks are also charged for (though there were some free drinks).
Apart from the food and drinks, I was very satisfied overall, so it was a shame.

The black trotro mall hot spring is rare.
The staff at the inn is quiet, kind and warm

It was a little walk from the station, but it was also beautiful and fun with snow scenery.

The massage chairs are great! Washing is free. Both the tatami rooms and other rooms are futon. Onsen closes at midnight. The nearest Lawson is a nice walk away less food options nearby.
