RRosmawati abdul rahmanSuch a beautiful place, having a Moroccon vibes...from lobby down to the toilet...they are tastefully done.
Service was great too. Allmost every staffs i met were very polite and friendly.
The only thing i regret is that it wasnt made clear anywhere on their website, regarding the entry ticket to the waterpark which is not part of the resort. The announcement on the waterpark entrance time and closure are part of the resort website but never include about the rate and they are managed separately. I came with a big family, with 3 family rooms booked thinking it covered the tickets only to end up having to spend so much more on them. There is no linking of the resort website to the waterpark website, implying as if everything is together. I hope this is immediately improved.

MMaiyoMy second day at Crowne Plaza Penang Straits City was just as enjoyable as the first. The hotel’s modern design and new, upscale feel make it a great place to relax. The room remains clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I need.
The service continues to impress—friendly, efficient, and professional. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the area.
Loving the fresh and contemporary vibe of this hotel. Definitely a solid choice for a new and modern stay in Penang!

GGuest UserNew & Clean around industrial area with Hotel carpark. Near Jln Raja Uda within min by drive not walk. We book family superior room for 3 but with issue only 1 door card. Toilet is not wheelchair user friendly with high stair. After office hours is a like dead town nothing happening unless to Aroma Hotel area. Need car to travel around Bagan/Butterworth, BM n Penang.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our one-night stay at Hotel Seri Malaysia. The room was clean and we slept well without any noise or disturbances. Checking in and out was speedy. The staff members were friendly and helpful.

XXC888Decent stay as well, but had an issue with smelly bathroom at unit 3A21. Coming back after a long day, I was greeted by a strong urine stench in the bathroom. Couldn't make out where the smell came from as there were no stains or leaks visible anywhere. De Garden, please check this out.

HHuiEnWIf you want a place with supper, this alley is not the right place but good for an overnight stay. The hotel need to upgrade their door system, apparently it requires the receptionist to open the door with masterkey after a certain timing (I check in at 1am) instead my own room key. The room is okay if you are not a fussy person, thank you for having me!

TTravellimsThe room was spacious, clean and bright. The management team was friendly and good problem solving. Perhaps, the room make up policy and maintenance can be improved. There was no clean mattress cover change during the room make up. Few floor tiles in the room were broken. The TV location was set too high and away from eyes level.

MMZ_LeeBooked this hotel last minute due to heavy traffic and needing a place to rest overnight in Butterworth. The location is very convenient, with plenty of parking available. While the amenities are limited and the room is quite small, it’s sufficient for a simple sleepover.
However, I did notice a small cockroach in the room, which was disappointing. And, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette throughout the hotel, despite the signs/notice indicating it’s a non-smoking hotel.

PPEICHANI feel a bit annoyed when I check in as the price show in the hotel's counter is cheaper than I booked via trip.com quite a lot. This was the first time I experienced this as I am loyal member of trip.com and I always book hotel and flight ticket via trip.com. I know the processing fees may be charged so it will a bit expensive than book straight from the hotel but this is the first time the price is about RM100 difference. The location of the hotel is very good, near to many eateries but the service is not good. The floor is broken and the shower has problem. In addition the air conditioner has problem too, some times very cold while some time very hot. We couldn't sleep well due to this problem. No coffee or tea is given, no shower gel or shampoo is given too. Anyway, when I request from the trip.com, they give me back coins which worth RM 24. Thanks for the responsive live agent which I always choose to use trip.com because of they have very helpful customer service live agent.
