Honestly the receptionist (Lizzie) was so lovely and helpful, we had some issues checking in and she was professional and really great. She even helped us to our room and made sure we were all happy and content with our room. The issues we had wasn’t the hotels fault, but she took her time to help resolve it and did a really thorough job. She needs a rise! She was great.

Had a lovely stay at the premier inn in Ashby, everyone was so friendly especially Lizzie the receptionist who went above and beyond for everything me and my family needed and made us feel so welcome, definitely needs a pay rise.The rooms were very clean and we will definitely be returning in the future.

I stayed at this hotel before and early start for an event the next day. The staff at checking were welcoming and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable. I only small negative was that I booked the meal deal and the menu did not indicate which items were included, which meant that I had to ask at the bar which did not make for a relaxing ordering experience as I felt rushed so as not to hold up the que I was also disappointed that non alcoholic beers were not included.

I always stay here when I’m Marshaling @Donington Park, it’s home from home with always a warm welcome from the reception staff 👍 I always have the same room which is great, loads of parking and next to a Brewers Fayre so great for evening meals. Room always clean nice shower and good lighting which is always a bonus 👍 Would highly recommend 💕

Do not visit. Dangerous entry into car park seemingly struck by multiple vehicles. No attempt seemingly made to improve or fix. Someone will eventually be injured. Hotel group only interested in making money and not interested in dealing with properly. Symptomatic of entire hotel group?

After a family member passing we needed somewhere to stay. We spoke to Lizzie on reception, she was so helpful, helped us book a room and on our arrival wrote a lovely message of condolences and put essentials in our room of toothbrushes and wash pack.

Awful restaurant for breakfast service, floor dirty, coffee machine faulty, no juice, no cereal bowls, and tables uncleared. Very poor standard, and the worst transport cafe in the country would have been better to dine in Only one member or staff on duty, and simply not good enough. We got our money back and went elsewhere

This is by far the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed in. Dead insects in the lights and hair in the bath tub. The room needs fixing up and painting. It would have been 1 star rating, however, the staff were very friendly on check-in so credit to the brilliant staff. I got there quite late at night after a concert so didn't complain about the state of the room, instead I just left as early as possible the next day so I could get a shower at home.
