The hotel is just outside the outlet that is well, modern and clean, but when you open the door of the room you can see a great surface in the attention of the client. I don't know whether it was a case or not but in my room there was no toilet paper, there was the waste basket with broken cover, the box of packets of paper opened completely empty and the shampoo doser in the completely empty shower. . I asked at the reception they told me they would actually have made nothing but to give me a toilet paper roll. The rest remained as I found. The staff was lovely, the room was well furnished, and the placement of the lamps was super stylish. However, there was a dominating sour smell in the room and it did not leave even after opening the window for hours. Maybe it is the smell of a cleaning product, not sure, but it was very potent and bad when I entered the room. Also the shower head is way too big for the wall-mounted holder and the showerhead falls out from it. You can not stand under the shower but have to hold it all the time. Otherwise everything was great. I appreciated the blackour curtains and the nice breakfast options.

The location of this hotel is particularly good, right next to the railway station.It's only a 20-minute bus ride from the main island to the mainland. And you can choose breakfast every morning. Even better, some concerts and parties are often held in the evening. I see they are trying best to create a better and comfortable accommodation environment here.

The location of the Hotel is a plus, because it is near bus stops and a few minutes walk from the train station going to Venice proper. The breakfast buffet was okay, could add more choices but nonetheless we enjoyed our stay. Kudos to the night shift receptionist (forgot his name) who was very helpful and was able to book us a taxi for our early morning flight. Would definitely recommend 👍

We stayed here in an emergency situation after our flight was delayed for a day. They were able to accommodate 10 of us in four rooms easily. We arrived far earlier than check in but this did not phase them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the receptionist sorting us a complimentary drink each and finding a room for our suitcases, to the lifeguard getting us towels sorted for the pool and the bar staff getting us a football for our Grandson to play football with. Lunch was excellent value for money, high quality snacks and large portion sizes. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Lots of little extras included slippers, dressing gowns, biscuits, shaving kits and toothbrush sets as well as traditional toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We could not fault anything about our visit.

My rating is average only because of poor booking system on Hotel web pages. I have book one room on oficial web page. I have add all details, of course credit card details and i have book but i not receive any conformation. Next day i check if my booking is ok with hotel and i have telephone conformation that my room is booked. Hotel must improve booking system. Hotel is nice, clean and stuff is frendly. If you travel with car hotel offer huge parking and of course park garage (5 euro/day). On every floor you can find vending machine with snack and cold drinks. Room and Bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is huge and with a lot of different food. Because of Covid no more self service. You choose what you wish and waiter give to you on plate. This is Covid rules.
