La ubicación perfecta al lado del puerto, rodeado de restaurantes, muy limpio, el personal muy amable y las instalaciones estupendas. En el restaurante se cena muy bien.

It was the cheapest hotel on our entire trip and it wasn’t the worst by far! We got our room in what seemed to be the “new” area and it was spacious, clean and quiet! The spa was lovely too and my friends massage a total bonus on the experience! We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was all a great experience! We decided to go down to the buffet breakfast and it was a bit of a let down compared to the rest of the facilities: toasters weren’t working properly, cereal selection was a bit poor, but that’s just been picky! I would 100% come back!

Emplacement idéal au centre ville de O Grove, proche de la station de bus (3 minutes de l’hôtel) et des restaurants. Accueil exceptionnel quant à l’amabilité et la courtoisie. Les chambres sont magnifiques et possèdent tout le confort souhaité. L’île de la Toja (illa da Toxa) se trouve à environ 20 de marche.

El hotel está genial, desayuno, instalaciones y todo muy bueno. Por desgracia el personal deja MUSCHÍSIMO que desear. Tan sólo un chico de pelo ***** engominado nos saludaba cuando entrábamos. Un tipo calvo y una mujer no se dignaban ni a mirarnos al entrar. En el restaurante todos los camareros eran muy majos. El personal de limpieza también agradable, salvo por el pequeño detalle del ruido que generan cada mañana. Si este ruido fuera provocado por utensilios de limpieza tales como una aspiradora no me importaría porque es su trabajo, pero andar a voces y de cháchara por los pasillos no me parece lo mejor para preservar el descanso de los huéspedes y más aún cuando hay sendos carteles pidiendo silencio en cada pasillo.

El hotel muy bien! Pero el spa es pequeño y encima hay que sumarle que había 38 personas al mismo tiempo! Con la imposibilidad de hacer circuito spa como es debido! Hice el comentario en recepción! Pero eh visto que no ha servido de nada! No tenían mucho interés por ponerle solución!

Al compartir instalaciones con un hotel de una estrella más, se beneficia de servicios de superior categoría y eso se nota particularmente en las zonas comunes, en el desayuno y en el Spa. Nos gustó: - La renovación cuidada de la habitación, estaba como nueva y muy bien cuidada. El tamaño y la decoración del baño. - El Spa, merece la pena y ofrece una opción de actividad si sale un día de lluvia. - La posibilidad de desayunar en la terraza adjunta al comedor, aunque no disponga de vistas. - El aparcamiento público gratuito en la zona del puerto, a tiro de piedra del hotel (pero cuidado con los días de mercado, hay una señal de prohibición de aparcar que lo indica). - La amabilidad y flexibilidad demostrada por la dirección del hotel, ante una situación familiar que nos obligó a cambiar nuestros planes a última hora. En resumen, una gran opción para aloj**** en pleno centro de O'Grove, en una calle en la que hay tiendas y restaurantes y a tiro de piedra del puerto, la lonja y el casco urbano/peatonal de la ciudad.

Nos alojamos en el puente de la hispanidad, tres noches. Está muy bien situado, junto al puerto, pero a la vez cerca de zonas de fiesta y comercio. Es un tres estrellas pero parece de cuatro. El acceso es fácil y tiene aparcamiento privado, aunque hay sitio en la via publica para aparcar. Tiene spa y zonas de léctura, tv y sala de fiesta o reunión. Tienen restaurante llamado El Ricón donde realizar los tres servicios, desayuno, comida y cena. Hacen fiesta del marisco. Muy buena calidad, muy buena atención.
