If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do it! We were there on December 24th (Christmas Eve) for Christmas dinner. At first we were surprised that we were not asked for our vaccination cards or a daily test. We then opted for a 3-course menu. The disaster started when the appetizer was served before drinks or the greeting from the kitchen. While we were eating, the taste of which was in no relation to the price and the 4 star S, the pre-baked rolls aka the greeting from the kitchen were served on a baking tray. Of course without butter or creams. Just a dry bun. Unfortunately, we had to return part of the main course, which came immediately after the starter, because the dishes were cold and the edges of the plates were very dirty. The chef is probably not familiar with the spice "salt". In this house, medium-rare probably means completely bone-dry. A discreet complaint (outside the restaurant with the restaurant manager) showed unfortunately no effect or efforts to improve. The dessert came immediately after the main course, without a dessert spoon. These had to be reordered first. Meanwhile, the waitresses were very busy with private, apparently amusing conversations and sometimes also disputes. At a volume that the guests could hardly ignore. As an apology for this failed Christmas Eve, we were offered an espresso or a watery Aperol spritz. However, the espresso was first served at the next table, which had just ordered the starter. In the end we were billed for the full menu price and as an apology the bottle of wine only cost €41 instead of €82. Unfortunately, locals only told us afterwards that this restaurant is completely avoided by locals. In our experience, this is absolutely understandable. With this rating, we hope to save others from a similar failure.
