1.飯店採用無人接待，必須自己check in，若是有問題可以按平板面板上的聯絡電話，與服務人員對話協助check in前提是需要會講英文或日文。汽車免費停在二樓前的停車場，停車場很大，我們入住時只有四台車，包含我們的車輛，若是沒有自駕，交通有些不便。
2.地理位置在半山腰，附近有很多汽車旅館或是日租套房的感覺，不知為何覺得很空蕩蕩，安全顧慮上覺得不是很舒服
3.房間環境跟照片如同，房間範圍超級大，寶寶跑來跑去很開心，但也樂極生悲一直撞到。房間燈光昏黃，個人覺得視線不良，遙控器超級不靈敏，很難切換或關機。
4.住宿期間不會有人來清除垃圾，要自己想辦法，或是放到退房
5. 基本備品都有。房間位於最高處，所以很方便開窗即可看日出或夕陽。

酒店位置在山上，比較難找，提議自架游才訂。因為入住前沒有收到房東的自助入住程序，所以到大門口都未能入大廈，因為全自助入住，所以沒有工作人員，幸好trip.com大力幫忙找房東，成功入住check-in之後，驚喜一浪接一浪，走廊佈置很有氣氛，進到房間非常大，有按摩椅、水力按摩浴缸和sauna房。令我們這個旅程增添不少色彩。

因為沒有開通漫遊無法直接聯繫飯店獲得入住資訊，導致只可以透過trip客服協助聯繫飯店獲得相關資訊。飯店還告知說是我們沒有預先到他們的平台辦理入住才會導致入住困難，但入住前沒有接收任何郵件/資訊，平台沒有直接聯繫的方式除了打電話，整個入住流程因為只買漫遊沒辦法打電話而入住困難實屬無奈。整間飯店都是自助式，沒有櫃檯沒有打掃工人可以詢問資訊。
飯店在很陡的斜坡上，小心車子的底盤，有機會會被刮傷，租賃車小心！房間很大但是燈光昏暗設施老舊。慎選。
