O Hotel tem uma boa estrutura. Os pontos fortes são as ótimas piscinas com água quente e o restaurante. As piscinas são muito bonitas e ficam abertas até as 22h. O restaurante oferece um ótimo café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados.
Os pontos fracos são os elevadores e o transfer para o parque aquático. Os elevadores são apenas 2 e parecem não contar com sistema inteligente, causando um sufoco nas horas de maiores movimentos. O transfer é um ônibus urbano. Se precisar esperar por ele no parque, ficará ao tempo ( no sol). Às vezes pode ser melhor retirar o carro do estacionamento.

The hotel is ok to stay although the bathrooms were dirty, the bed was worn and uncomfortable, noisy elevators, poor food selection, very expensive and overpriced food and beverages and some rude employees. Unfortunately won’t return.

We had a wonderful time at Celebration. Anselmo at the reception area was very patient and caring.

Comida fraca, carnes duras, comida sem sabor agradável, preços nas alturas, uma água cerca de R$8 um abuso! Tudo muito caro para se consumir dentro do Hotel. Pedimos um combo casal de R$99 depois de 1 hora fui perguntar se já estava pronto e adivinhem? Não tinha chegado o pedido na cozinha, mas tinha sido lançado no meu cartão de consumo, e o pior, não pediram desculpas em nenhum momento e ainda me sugeriram pedir outra coisa pois este demoraria cerca de mais 1 hora para ficar pronto. Atendimento em geral no hotel é cordial, porém muito difícil quando não se atentam aos erros e sequer procuram uma solução. Crianças mortas de fome e não sugeriram nada prático e rápido para solucionar além de não se quer pedirem desculpas pelo ocorrido. Hotel no carnaval estava lotado, poucos elevadores, fila enorme pra jantar ou tomar café da manhã. Não voltaria e não recomendo pelos valores cobrados.

De razoável para ruim.
Insuficiência de elevadores para o número de hóspedes, além de elevador apresentando problemas com pessoas no seu interior.
Serviço de quarto insuficiente, uma vez que, mesmo acionando o alarme para arrumação do quarto não houve a prestação de serviço, inclusive depois de reclamar por telefone junto a recepção, solicitando o encaminhamento de toalhas novas, não houve o atendimento do pedido.

Hotel bom, confortável e com ótima localização, contudo, a experiência não foi completamente boa por quatro motivos: 1) qtde de elevadores insuficiente. É muito ruim a espera, principalmente nos horários de maior movimento. Cheguei a ficar mais de 5 minutos esperando "vaga" no elevador. Impraticável! 2) o preço do restaurante e do bar praticados são fora da realidade, considerando a quantidade do que é oferecido. Irracional! 3) a demora dos manobristas nos horários de maior movimento é absurda; 4) os "vendedores" de cotas de apartamentos dentro do hotel chega a ser irritante. Eles são inadequados, impertinentes e beiram a falta de educação.

Achei que o hotel deixou a desejar. . Particularmente não me hospedaria novamente .
Os quartos são bons , com mesmo padrão do resort. Atendimento na recepção bem fraco , além de ter sido super demorado para fazer check In .
De fato são poucos elevadores para quantidade de pessoas hospedadas. O estacionamento era com manobrista , então tínhamos q aguardar a chegada do carro por alguns minutos, mas nada mto demorado. Café da manhã bom , mas o jantar deixou muito a desejar , não gostei nenhum dia das carnes servidas que sempre estavam
Frias e passadas do ponto. Apenas a sobremesa que salvou. Sinceramente pagaria um pouco mais p poder ficar no resort pela comodidade.
