Super 8 by Wyndham Kissimmee/Maingate/Orlando Area

There were 6 cars in the lot total - off season and I was still put on the backside of the building next to the construction on the second floor taking the stairs. Can't see your vehicle, hard to carry everything in. You can buy your way to the front. Good location, but boring when it's not in season. My room had such a strong bleach smell my overnight bag still stinks.

We stayed in this hotel chain before and were expecting a certain level of service. We did not enjoyed our stay - the place felt more of a motel than hotel, old and dirty. The pictures do not reflect how this place really looks like. When we walked into the room, my first desire was to leave and look somewhere else but since we were there for one night we decided to stay. Thin blankets, thin towels, a shower curtain with old stains, a cover blanket with a couple of red spots like blood (hoping it was syrup :)). One of the reasons we choose was the offer of complementary breakfast; there was none beside coffee and hot water for tea, with a note referring guest to nearby restaurants due to current challenges. The restaurant area is very small - not sure you’d be able to offer much of breakfast for sitting down there. Good that its right across world food truck expo and old town entertainment but also very noisy. Overall, would not recommend this hotel and would not return.

Room was ok. Carpet felt sticky. Bed comfortable. Near many things to do even by walking. Room was musty order. Place ok for convenience and price.

Would not stay here again. Very dirty, beds and pillows smelled sweaty and sour. The cheap LED lighting in the rooms makes it hard to see. Coffee maker had stuff growing in it.. if you need a bed and bathroom it works but don't expect anything great. Thankfully I didn't see any bugs.

The Hotel is near everything, great places to visit and is a few steps from Old Town. What I don’t like is the cleanest, the room is very good. I don’t like the issue they said it has breakfast but this one are limited. They only offer coffee, tea and package of oatmeal (you take that with hot water). I don’t eat oatmeal. I paid for breakfast all my vacations. Otherwise everything is ok.

No Breakfast, the ad said they included breakfast. Over charge my card for one dirty towel I left in the room. Cero customer service.

Old, duty,towels look like a sandpaper, breakfast is a joke a bottle of coffee and cereal bar

Check in was cold, lacked any kind of customer service and having to pay for $20 for each parking pass and being threatened to be towed away if we didn't in a motel parking lot which was dirty and unsafe is horrible. I would not recommend staying at this location!!!
