I am truly at a loss for words to describe the level of horror I experienced at this location. To put it bluntly—avoid it at all costs. While other branches may be in better condition, this particular site feels like a set from a horror film. The elevator alone is enough to give anyone a panic attack, and the hall reeks of something disturbingly close to decomposing matter. I genuinely feel as though I paid to be traumatized. This was an unacceptable experience—I need a refund.

we stayed for 3 nites was not given clean towels daily nor coffee and cups etc for room had to keep asking There were groups for a national volleyball tourny, twice on Sat nite early sund morning the fire dept had to be called twice because someone on the 3rd floor was party so hard and smoking they sent the smoke alarms off, our team had a total of 3 hours sleep and lost their first games due to this and were eliminated not acceptable these people should have been kicked out after the first time not impressed at all

Everything looks good.

In general, everything you need to spend the night is there, but the refrigerator did not work properly, children were constantly running around screaming and knocking on the windows, there was a very unpleasant smell in the corridor, the hotel is very old

The other facilities are old and usable, but the two elevators are old and seriously stuck, which makes people feel very dangerous.

There were two lunches included in the rental according to the offer on Trip but the hotel does not offer this really disappointing lunch when you think you can enjoy it in the morning you will have to adjust this offer pcq for us that's what made us do it the choice of this hotel

It was ok my room was on the first floor was notified that there would be no hot water for my stay was OK with that for a discount was offered a 20 percent discount which I did not receive no body wash or soap in shower used the shampoo no washcloth dust behind and under everything shopping carts in the middle of parking lot just not my cup of tea for the outrageous amounts they charge for a one night stay won't be back oh and bed sheet were dirty
