We arrived here by accident because the riad we did book had been closed due to the earthquake and our travel agent had not thought to check it was ok! Fortunately this place was super. Really beautiful place and friendly staff made it a good stay. Dinner was just a buffet but delicious. I would come back.

THis was a pit stop as we headed out to our next destination. Pretty property. Very tiny elevator, so we mostly used the stairs Pretty gift shop which was open great hours. However, prices are fixed there. Rooms were relatively clean. Not as pretty as the outside Bathroom had a heater and heated floors. Internet was slow at times TV - only one English channel - news Buffet style meals were pretty good. Staff friendly.

We arrived after a long day of travel and were immediately rewarded by the views and accommodations in this space. Dinner and breakfast, which were included for our group, were good - they weren’t the best we had on the trip, but the service was excellent and the setting more than made up for it. The bar: stick to beer and wine. If you try a cocktail, be prepared to tell them how to make it. Wander the central pool area and the many rooftop sitting areas and you’ll luxuriate in a beautiful and restful stay. This was one of the few places in Morocco that separated the beds in the double-room. In fact, our room could’ve slept 3 comfortably. And, we had a large sitting area outside that seemed to be easily accessible only to us, although it was not gated or anything prohibiting access to others. Just beyond the hotel are working alfalfa fields. We enjoyed watching the workers gather and process the crop. Out of respect, we stayed out of their way and didn’t take any close-up pictures. We explored Ait Ben Haddou after breakfast and loved it! It’s accessible to all guests and not roped off in any places like you might see in the states. Walking through it is like walking through a movie. It’s an UNESCO World Heritage sight, so it IS history and a record of a long-ago time. Highly recommend fitting this oasis into your itinerary.

Beautiful grounds, great service and food! A must see. We wish we could have spent more time here but just went for lunch, amazing pools, landscaping and architecture. I hidden gem for sure and worth taking the time to come here

We stopped here for a day on our way to the Sahara. This was a pleasant surprise. The decor is totally unlike the other two riads we had stayed in. This is extremely rustic and the furnishings are keeping the harsh beauty of the terracotta landscape in mind. The clay covered walls, heavy doors seamlessly blend in with the hills creating a pleasing view to the eye. The rooms are extremely well furnished, very clean and have all the amenities one could ask for. I was pleasantly surprised to see even an iron and board surreptitiously tucked away out of sight. The service was outstanding with a wide choice of vegetarian options for dinner. They made an incredible mint mohito which hit the spot and a bruschetta which was mouthwatering. The vegetarian pasta had an unusual spice combination which was delicious. Our only regret was that our stay was so short. We could have stayed here for a day or two longer.

With our flight departing from Ouarzazate airport we were looking for a place to stay the night before to make sure we were a stones throw away the next morning. This Riad is a hidden gem in an area with very little choice. The riad is actually situated 2km away from Ait ben-haddou, a UNESCO site that we also wanted to see before we flew home, and this was an added bonus. The riad is 40 minutes away from Ouarzazate airport but we found transport for 300 dirham (£25) so this was not an issue. The pool area is lovely and is surrounded by big castle like walls and towers making it feel like a movie set, the staff are very friendly and helpful and they also had a good lunch/evening food & drink menu, they did have a gym and evening jazz bar but we didnt end up visiting either, the jazz bar would be a good option for entertainment as the surrounding area is very quiet. A oasis in the Moroccan desert for a very reasonable price, certainly is worth a visit if you're in the surrounding area.

If you are looking for a relaxing stay in the middle of nowhere, then this is definitely the place for you. This Riad really was beautiful. The architecture was amazing and almost looked like a castle. The bar/ restaurant staff were very accommodating. There isn’t anything for around 1.5 miles from the Riad. There is a Jazz club with a live Jazz band that stays open until 1am. A breakfast buffet & a large lunch/dinner menu to chose from. Although the rooms are quite dark, which is expected in a Riad due to the architecture/ interior design of them, the room itself was still quite nice. Ironically, at night our room was slightly lit up due to window facing out into the lobby & the curtain didn’t block the light out a huge amount. The aircon also wasn’t very powerful. Apart from those two little negatives, the rest of the experience was fantastic.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are super clean. The garden is magical and the pool is calming. The entire resort exceeded my expectations and I work in hospitality industry. I mostly wanted to thank the staff for a nice birthday surprise for my wife especially the hotel manager Sanaa and her restaurant staff. Keep up the good work! Will be back for sure.

The garden, pool, and entire building are beautiful. The room was very nice. We did have trouble with getting the AC/heat to work correctly. It is very close to the old Ait Ben Haddou The hotel restaurant didn't open until 7 pm, and you are unable to get even snacks before then. The buffet had a big selection of food. However it was all very bland; perhaps they make it bland for western tourists. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay. It's a very nice hotel.
