The complex is worn down and outdated, the breakfast is terrible. At these high prices I expect more. The breakfast is at 10.30 non existent, and the staff just stands there looking, doing nothing. The hygiene is terrible, keeping things like cheese, yogurt, ham, juice etc in room temperature. Heard of food poisoning? The staff at reception is aware of all these problems but says it's a management problem. The wifi barely works.
The reception staff really tries, but without tools to work with, working is difficult.
Beach was ok, pool was ok, however, bring mosquito repellent since there are plenty of sandflies and mosquitos during both day and evening.
2/5 for this hotel.

Property is direct on the beach, on a fabulous place. We had recieved free upgrade from standart to De Luxe room. Breafast was excellent! Quiet place for family relax.

This was our 5th or 6th stay and we were really impressed with the improvements that have been made since our last stay two summers ago. Breakfast is better, the staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the beach bar and restaurant were really improved. There were also more sun loungers and umbrellas.

Отель не дешевый, с большой претензией на хороший сервис и качество, но…. Мы здесь отдыхаем уже 3й раз, 1 раз в августе 2020 и 2 раза в августе 2021. И к сожалению, нет улучшений. Нет обновления номерного фонда, ну по крайней мере номеров стандартов. Трещины на стенах, смесители капающие, ванны установлены так, что вся вода льётся на пол. Из плюсов, уборка ежедневная, полотенца каждый раз меняют, чистое белое постельное белье, в номере гель и мыло, фен, халаты, тапочки. Рестораны… их 3, в главном корпусе и на пляже Лодка и Итальянский. Если вам повезёт, то вы попадёте на опытных официантов, заинтересованных в чаевых, если нет- печаль. Еды не дождётесь, по меню не подскажут и т.д. Очень маленький процент персонала пытается сделать твой отдых легким. На завтрак лучше идти пораньше, 23 августа сесть было не возможно, кофе чтобы сделать люди ждали по 15 мин, заказать на баре за деньги тоже не получилось, нет чашек)))) Огромнейший плюс отеля- территория, широчайший пляж, чистое красивое море, 4 бассейна. Лежаки, зонтики, навесы от солнца все входит в стоимость, бич бои всегда помогут. И получается, что море, вид перевешивает все недостатки, но за такую цену можно было бы хотя бы пытаться улучшить условия и сервис.

Отель не бюджетный, но с достойным уровнем качества, хорошими завтраками, приветливым персоналом и восхитительным широким песчаным пляжем ❤️ Большим плюсом является возможность размещения с животными) Знатно испортил общее впечатление итальянский ресторан на берегу моря: Заказали: - Карпачо с трюфельным маслом (масло не положили!) - пиццу Парма (сказали на стопе) цена 190 грн, а вот пицца 4 сыра (в которую входят ВСЕ ингридиенты пиццы Парма) но которая стоит 395 грн доступна к заказу !!! Вывод: отель рекомендуем, а ресторан который своей первоочередной целью ставит нажиться на гостях, а не обслужить качественно КРАЙНЕ НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ К ПОСЕЩЕНИЮ ( кстати пицца 4 сыра была тоже на 2/5)

Начну из плюсов: Звукоизоляция и большие номера И на этом плюсы заканчиваются Ожидание официантов можно ждать вечность. Блюда так же и в итоге принесут холодное и невкусное. Нужно что то сделать со вкусом блюд иначе просто портите продукты Персонал просто не вывозит «запары» В меню половины нет Даже чая 3* больше, чем 5*
