Spent a sleepless night because the room had zero soundproofing. I could hear people walking, talking and smashing their doors in the middle of the night in the hallway as if they were in my room. Breakfast was underwhelming, instead I was extremely impressed by the gym nearby that all guests can use freely.

The hotel was great. The location was amazing. The only downside was their bathrooms. The drainage was so bad. The water stayed there and didn’t drain. It was a big problem

При заселении в отель пришлось доплатить 30 евро за ребенка, хотя при бронировании на Trip.com я указывал 2 взрослых и ребенок 15 лет. Почему-то было оплачено только за 2 гостей. Отель в принципе неплохой, удобно расположен для путешествий. Завтрак скудный, без горячих блюд, но достаточный.

Breakfast was decent. It is far from the Lisbon city center and airport. The cleanliness and service was top notch. The rooms were good enough. Very clean.

Holiday Inn Express always a good breakfast with sufficient variety of food, drinks and fruits. It is not far from the city center of Lisbon. We just called Uber to and from the hotel and city center and it costed around 20 euros for each trip. However if it provides washing machine and dryer, it definitely adds credit to the hotel.
