Great find that is nearby airport and still central location within the city. Love the homey ambience and the personalized attention of the owner. Staffs are friendly and cordial. The cafe serves good coffee and delicious local dishes family style dining. Best of all, they serve pizza! The rooms size is ok for a transient stay. The blackout curtain is good to really sleep. But would be perfect if it is also possible to have natural daylight for the day. We tried to open the curtains but one can easily be seen by people outside the room. So the room remains dark and just use the room lights wc is a waste of energy on a daytime. Wifi is intermittent and the Globe signal inside the room is very weak or nonexistent.

I was driving with friends from Negros the entire afternoon about a month ago, and the ferry trip from Dumaguete didn't make things any better. It was clean and the bathroom was different from the picture, but the bed was comfortable and there were no cockroaches. The gap in the window air conditioner is too large and there is a lot of noise outside.

Spacious room for an affordable price. There is 21” CRT TV with cable channels. Room is well ventilated, glass window with blinds. There is also free access of WIFI for about 2 to 5 mbps speed which is just enough to access your favorite social media sites. Free soap and toilet paper but no free bottled water, they sell it. Restroom is ok with regular shower, water pressure good. Wall and floors were clean. Lights in the room is just enough. Ceiling height is standard. Staff is cheerful and accommodating. There is a consistent cozy vibe to the place from the lobby to corners in the hallway where you can rest or take photos. The room is cozy yet also modern - well-lit, airconditioned and bed I had is big enough for 2-3 people. They have a cabinet too where you can hang your clothes. This was important to me at that time since I've been travelling for days and some of my clothes need airdrying. Location-wise, it is walking distance or a quick tricycle ride away from the market and boulevard. Room fee includes an ala carte breakfast of your choice. They open as early as 6AM which is perfect if you intend to start your day early. Staff may not always be on the reception desk but they literally come out in seconds after you ring the bell.
