My rating is more 4.5. Centrally located, easy walk to restaurants and major sites. I’m not sure why there are so many negative comments about the staff; honestly, all of our interactions were fantastic. Front desk staff helpful and knew our room number. We interacted with various front desk staffs frequently. It was nice to drop off our adorable 5 lb key at the front desk! . Breakfast was generous and abundant. It is in the most gorgeous dining area I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I indulged in some scrambled eggs and bacon; a welcome addition after days of continental bfasts. I had been sick and took a tray to the room to eat for 3 days, not wanting to get other travelers I’ll. Every morning, lovely Inacia, one of the staff members, efficiently put a tray together for me with a smile. The staff worked hard to restock the food and cups/plates. Barbara was our floor maid and always pleasant, had a smile, and helpful. Our TV’s did not work and each maintenance person was helpful and hilarious. It turns out when you do get the tv on, there’s only bbc! But we are not there to watch tv. The hotel is a former palazzo and it is somewhat of a maze, but that’s part of the Italian adventure. It’s a gorgeous hotel and may not be the most updated, but we found it quiet, comfortable, and unobtrusive. Umbrellas available at the front desk for rainy days. We ate at primi piatti across the street but would have tried the hotel restaurant had we another day and I was not under the weather. Bravo to the Eurostar Team- you made our Palermo trip special!

We stayed at Delle Vittorie in May for a family vacation and had a great stay! We were a group of 9 traveling together and even before we got there, they worked with us to secure separate rooms for the time frame we wanted to stay. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the hotel is in the perfect location- right in the middle of restaurants, stores and historic sites. We were also close to the market and a 20 min walk from the train station which was perfect for day trips. They helped arrange pick up and drop off at the airport which was much appreciated. We had such a great stay and would 100% recommend anyone staying here.

My room and bathroom were large and the bed and bed linens were excellent. Housekeeping was very good. Mr. Simone was extremely helpful. The location is very central and excellent for many of the sights in Palermo. There is no street noise because the building is back from the street on an arcade. Unfortunately, though, noise from the restaurant next door begins at 8 p.m. and continues until midnight or later and is very audible.

We just stayed here 4 nights (superior triple room) & the ac worked great! It was individually controlled & got the room very cold to sleep. We were able to get some ice from the bar to bring to the room although note that the bar is NOT open yet (only water or ice). The breakfast is 7-9:45 & they DO lock the door at 9:45,, coffee there is in the machine so it seems possible that you could bring a cup up to your room. 2 things to know: only **1 key per room**so you can not leave your partner. Had I known this, I may have kept looking for another hotel. Also, there is no iron in the building. Great & safe location! Tons around! Coop grocery ~2 blocks & the AP shuttle bus ticket booth(stop is just 2 more blocks) Tip for early overseas arrivals: if you arrive very early before check in, there are 3 sofas in the back of the hotel, past the main lobby & bar, going right towards the breakfast room; when it closes at 9:45, they turn the lights off & there is no foot traffic. I could see waiting/falling asleep here lol after an overnight flight while waiting for “check in”

Because it is the last stop of the journey, and considering the hotel chain, our vigilance is reduced. When I went to breakfast, I didn't lock the suitcase. When I returned to China, I found that one thousand yuan in the suitcase was gone. I suspect it was stolen in this hotel, because there are lock boxes in other places, and staying here. The RMB in front of the hotel has always been there. I have seen the experience of other people before I traveled. I know that Italy has such a theft incident. I didn’t expect it to happen to myself. I can only blame myself for being too big.

Lovely hotel overlooking a piazza. We booked a room with a balcony which was lovely to sit and watch the world go by. It is centrally located with bakeries, restaurants, shops and history right on your doorstep. Although it is a busy road, as is all the center you cannot hear the traffic in the room. The photographs of the Hotel absolutely do not do it justice at all, it is so much better.

Excellent stay, room with a wonderful sea view, abundant breakfast, very professional receptionist service, excellent price. At the end of my stay I paid only 4€ of taxes in total for 2 people.

The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and is very comfortable. Large but dedicated rooms, poor cleaning, inexisting tends so you need to be with the lower pads , there is no minimum of noise insonorization, you feel the noise of the nearby rooms and in particular the shackoon that looks like the båt. Breakfast room always crowded and very disorderly , plastic cuckles are proposed that are ”,recycled ”. (spots of red). Advised only for the position

The room was okay. The staff was okay. The breakfast wasn’t really good. There wasn’t any kind of fruits, just pastries joghurt and two kind of cold cuts. and streets were really so i wouldn’t go there again. I think if you go to palermo you should go to an apartman or airbnb. We should do that too

An improbable villa! Spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and well-equipped rooms. Our room had a large private balcony. You can enjoy another huge shared terrace with chairs and deckchairs... there is a garden with nooks and crannies, everything is clean and maintained. Go up to see the panoramic view, room stocked with books and binoculars. Breakfast is royal, outside or inside depending on the weather. Common room with kitchen and fridge. The 2 brothers who own it give advice for visiting the region. Small beaches and nearby beaches. All this 30 km from Palermo... €72.50 for 2! INCREDIBLE + easy parking on the street
