The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and washrooms were neatly maintained too. Breakfast was tasty and was available at a nominal cost.

The hostel is great. For such a price I didn't expect it to be so good. Very clean both in the room and in the shower. The receptionist was very friendly.

I only stayed here for a day, but the receptionist was very helpful and the overall a**osphere was lovely. The small outdoor seating area of ​​the hotel is also great, it’s a great space for having fun. Although the beds are bunk beds without curtains, it is still highly recommended if you don’t care or are only staying for a day or two. Overall, it is considered an upper-middle-class youth hostel!

The staff were friendly, but i got bitten by a tick I had a hard time. The entrance is difficult to find. You can smoke on the terrace.

Pros: real hostel environment, lively and with nices areas to socialize. Location is pretty good, in a nice area and easy to go to the main meeting points for tours. Cons: is located in an intersection with two avenues. The noise is very loud even with the windows closed.

This is the nicest hostel I've stayed in, really lovely staff, great building with character in a handy central location. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Felt really at home during my stay. The staff are very welcoming, genuine, beautiful people.Didn't want to leave this morning, hopefully will return someday again! Thanks for having me.

I highly recommend that hostel! It is a hostel with a soul. Great hostel, very clean, comfortable and great location! Lots of facilities are proposed. Monuments are reachable on foot.They have their own bar, breakfast was delicious. Very friendly staff and very helpfull. This place has a very high standart of service and high quality accomodation itself. After quite bad experience with another hostel in Palermo i moved to Casa di amici and was very surprised by finding such a high standard of service This place is new, fully equiped, very clean, perfectly organised and have a very interesting design ( with elements of ethnografic exhibition- trafitional music instruments and other artefacts). I was happy when I found that my room was really big, with high ceilings, perfect conditioner and -what is rare in hostels-each guest had its own bed. Other rooms (kitchen, common area, terrase, balcony) are also big, clean, perfectly organised in each detail. Bathrooms looked completely new, with perfect and ideally clean everything. Receptionists put a lot of efforts in providing very high quality service. They were very friendly, responsible and professional. Thank you very much and I must say the owner and staff did and do a great job.

Lovely hostel. Within a walking distance (15 min) to all the major touristic spots, has a nice terrace, well equipped kitchen, it's maintained and clean, stable and comfy beds (I was sleeping on top). And staff with amazing energy. Social events that they organize are fun and able to connect even the most introvert guests. Thank you ＜3

No complaints here (although a little less rain would have been nice). Had a large, spacious room with balcony and private bathroom out in the hallway. The staff is helpful, price is good, kitchen is clean and beds are comfortable.

Well organized, helpful welcoming staff. The place was spotless. Well located. Residents, an interesting mix of ages and backgrounds It occasionally hosts enthusiastic music evenings, the traffic noise can be wearing, but neither detract from how well we were treated, the crisp white sheets, thick towels and a light breakfast served at the table. Pretty special.
