Firstly it's the best 3 star hotel we have experienced. The facilities, pool area, public toilets, restaurant, playground and beach are kept immaculately clean. The staff are friendly and attentive, always looking to help were they can. The room was very spacious and modern with a balcony overlooking the fountains at front of hotel, noise was minimal from the road. We have a 3 year old son and although there was a separate bed for him, he stayed in between us in main bed with ample amount of room for all to get a great night sleep. The rooms are cleaned and tidied daily with fresh towels and very friendly staff. We found having a young, energetic child with us that we could relax a lot more than usual, this is due to how the playground, pool area and bar are situated. It's all very compact and a small enough area that we could keep eyes on him at all times, which is a huge piece of mind for parents with young children. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of food. The bar menu for lunch and snacks was excellent. The beach is stoney but beautiful with crystal clear water, no sea**** and fish visable to the eye, great for snorkeling. I would recommend purchasing some beach shoes at a cost of €8 in the local shops, as it makes entering the water much easier. The beach guy Artem was a pleasure to deal with, he was always on hand for drinks/food and the service so was so quick. The town is lovely and quaint. Its very close to hotel, a little stroll up the road and your met with beautiful restaurants, lovely gift and jewelery shops and two small kids arcades. Hanioti is an amazing place. We made great memories in this hotel. We would highly recommend to stay here. We hope to have the opportunity to visit this beautiful hotel again. Thank you Naias Beach Hotel.

Had an amazing time at The Naias. Great food , clean spacious rooms , friendly staff. Beach was amazing , sun beds on the beach 10Euros for a set. Shingle beach so maybe some beach shoes will help. Lovely walks, lots of shops and bars around.many places to eat , although we eat at the hotel as we were half board. We did go to Garry’s on the last day and had a giros , very nice it was too , but massive portions. Will definitely return one day. Thank you.

These days you never really know what to expect from a 3 star hotel until you arrive, suffice to stay this lovely hotel exceeded my expectations. From our warm, friendly & professional greeting on arrival to our warm hugs on departure the Naias Beach was fantastic. Our studio was spacious & spotless, situated across the road (v quiet lane) from the main building; it was cleaned daily & fresh towels/linen were provided as & when needed. Every member of staff was friendly & attentive. The pool surroundings were clean & well ordered, the deck chairs were comfortable & provided the perfect tanning angle! Sun beds are available at extra cost on the beach but we didn’t use them. Top tip: be sure to bring swimming shoes as the entry to the sea is stony. We opted for half board & enjoyed plentiful breakfasts with delicious artisan breads & mouth watering fresh fruit. There is always a wide range of dinner dishes, usually locally inspired pork, beef, chicken & fish dishes & child friendly options. The 185ml bottles of wine were questionable & expensive but full sizes are available & the quality is reasonable starting at €18. The walk into “town” takes around 5 minutes where there are enough bars & restaurants to keep most people happy. A note of warning: we walked to the White Beach having seen flyers everywhere on cars….bit of style over substance with dirty looking loungers, a tiny bar & nothing else apart from some pretty dangerous dogs living in the Reed beds close by, think I was lucky to get away!!!! Overall the hotel is fabulous ❤️

We travelled as a family of three The location of this hotel is perfect 5 minute walk to the town square with lovely restaurants and cocktail bars such a great atmosphere also to the left of the 24hr supermarket the side road takes you to restaurants with a pretty traditional setting and a wonderful cocktail bar with cushioned seating Naisis hotel is really friendly and relaxed clean setting the room was a one bedroom apartment with three extra beds in living area, free air conditioning and very very clean. Cleaners came in everyday tidied and changed towels and sheets very regularly. There’s a fridge job and a hair dryer in the bathroom Our balcony was very roomy with a table and five chairs The pool was clean and although cold a welcome relief from the sea on hot days The beach is part shingle sand with the most clear sea take snorkels to watch the fish and we wore sea shoes as there are rocks but these are not sharp but when snorkelling there were a few sea urchins in side of rock although to be honest we couldn’t stand on these rocks as out of depth We didn’t struggle to get a sun bed although had to pay as mentioned in other reviews these were located on beach right in front of hotel and some to the left which had adjustable umbrellas if you want less shade the pool has no sun loungers but adjustable chairs can’t lie flat on them The staff were so friendly and the cocktails were amazing we went bed and breakfast which was fantastic lots of choice and you can eat outside by the pool We had lunch there which was really high quality and ate out in the local restaurants which were all of a really high standard. We hired a car organised by reception to explore the peninsula We also got a bus at the limones bakery (which has amazing salads pastries etc) bus stop to the town elevated above the sea called afitos which is really recommend it’s very pretty lots of lovely high end traditional shops Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing holiday the Hambrook’s

Let start with the good. The room (family apartment) was large with a separate bedroom and 3 extra beds for kids in the livingroom. The location is good and the beach in good (clean water) but mixture of sand and rocks. The bad: We were welcomed with info that there is no parking and they cannot help us. Being a small town with narrow roads it is pretty crowded and we ended up parking 150 meters from the hotel. The room was with no mosquito nets, poor sound isolation, the beds were pretty hard. Also the temperature in the room was difficult to reduce under 27 C. And our room smelled like someone had been smoking. The ugly part: The sunbeds are charged 10 Euro (20 or 25 for the first 2 rows) and also people not from the hotel come and reserve beds from previous night so the guests are left without a sunbed. Also we booked in a travel agency and that meant that we are not entitled to beach towels! Completly absurd. Finally the food was with below average quality, inconsistent and also we see some tables get free desert, but we never got any despite making 100 euro lunch bills. Would NOT recommend

We stayed at the Naias for 2 weeks at the end of June and had a great time. I would highly recommend this hotel to families, as it is on the beach, has 2 good sized pools, is close to the resort centre with it’s array of tavernas to choose from and the staff at the hotel are lovely. What more could you want!

We booked the Naias again for our holiday. The hotel is so clean and tidy. We had an apartment and also booked HB. The room is big and cleaner come every day . The breakfast is very good . The girl Eli in the restaurant is so friendly fantastic service. The staff on the beach artin and Theo and Manos were brilliant too . The old waiter is not their class miserable and unfriendly. We loved the food very nice but very repetitive and not much choice for vegetarian. The hotel is near to Hanioti town lots of bars and cafe and shops. Nice to go in evening. The two ladies at reception are so polite and friendly and help us to our room and lots of information on bus services etc. Lovely hotel it was busy but not too many children which we like. It is better than a 3 star hotel .

I went here in May with my sister and we had a lovely stay. All the staff were very friendly and Ellie in the restaurant always had a lovely smile on her face when she was greeting you. She was very polite and so helpful. We chose the one bedroom apartment so we had extra space and the beds were comfy and we had a lovely terrace. The bars/restaurants were just a few minutes walk away and there is normally entertainment in the square but we went too early to see this, usually starts in June. We were getting a large beer for 2 euros, glass of wine for 3 euros and brandy for 3 euros in Kostas bar and the food was very reasonable too. I would recommend this hotel, very nice and great location
