Beautiful retreat set in the mountains outside palma…quiet and serene. Breakfast had a great selection and dinner was delicious. Excellent service from a kind, dedicated staff team. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. Would advise hiring a car if staying for longer than a couple of days if you want to discover the area.

This hotel is wonderful; my daughter summed up our days as tranquil. The staff are friendly and helpful to a fault and the facilities just perfect. Claudia in the Spa is a master and I cannot thank her enough for such a perfect introduction to massage. Thank you all

The hotel, room, area, food and staff were all excellent. We stayed at Ratxo for 4 days after our wedding and we loved it. Everything was fantastic, the food was amazing, the staff were on top of anything we needed. Would highly recommend and would like to thank Alfredo and Jullius for looking after us so well!

Lovely relaxing place to stay, exceptional service, nothing too much trouble, beautiful location, very peaceful. Food was fantastic. Went by myself and felt very comfortable, and would definitely go back. Yoga in the morning was amazing and the breakfast was incredibly high quality.

What a disaster Monday Lunchtime piealla dropped on floor Relax look forward to evening meal Watched 8 to 10 ten get up having waited 1 hour for main course food when arrived cold and un edible WHER WERE MANAGEMENT poor front of house apologise.Head Chef kept sending food out. MINE came from a cancelled table get Balls and cook to order.Total disaster 🙃

Absolutely amazing hotel , highly recommended. Staff are amazing the location is spectacular. Will definitely return the rooms are beautiful. Food is amazing , the spa was fabulous had an amazing massage outside with the lovely tranquil sounds of the mountains .

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, always ready to make my experience as pleasant as possible. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, nestled in the mountains with breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. I will definitely be returning to this hotel whenever I get the chance. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at the Ratxo resort. It's a very relaxing place and very much outside of the main city center. Be aware that it's a bit of a tricky drive to get there - lots of twists and turns. The staff was incredible with outstanding service.

It was an amazing experience for me and my partner. It was extremely peaceful and a perfect place to stay for couples seeking a relaxing holiday. Staff were amazing! They were very welcoming and friendly. Food was also delicious every meal.
